The worst agency I dealt with honestly

The worst agency I dealt with honestly. First, they make the procedure smooth and easy for obtaining a property, and after you pay the holding deposit they make it more difficult for you with many unconvincing requests and for unknown reasons. I hope that the company consider hiring people with higher qualifications in dealing with the customer, keeping promises and sticking to the dates of the expected calls.

Reeds Rains did an excellent job overall in selling my late mother’s house earlier in 2021. Zeta, Cathy and the rest of the team were energetic and enthusiastic at all points, both in getting the house onto the market, marshalling and accompanying viewings, then in finding buyers. Unfortunately the first three sales fell through, in each case due to the buyer withdrawing:- each time Reeds Rains secured a new buyer very quickly. After the third failure, we agreed a minor change in marketing approach, and again, a buyer was quickly secured, this time successfully. Charges were very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending their services, and would use them again myself.

I've been dealing with the Chesterfield branch. absolutely abysmal organisation, automated reply for everything telling us how important our message is and yet no one ever replies in person. Complete lack of coordination between departments, I would never have anything to do with them again.

update..still not removed it well there time and money they are wasting.update.i supplied the info they wanted, no answer, a month ago I rang them and asked if my property was removed from there records, they said yes they were, so I was surprised to go on a property sales site and my property was still there, so don't believe a word they say, BLACKPOOL2nd update told them I don't want there services yet I see my property is still up for sale, wonder why,Update...it was the Blackpool branch.I would give them -5 if I could, useless, I contacted them to sell my property for twice as much as other companies of £1700, and on putting my property online they got the address directions wrong, four times I contacted them to change it with no luck, I rang the online property service my self they told me it was up to the sales people to change it which was contradicting what I was told by reeds rains, I said if I am paying so much to sell the property I should be able to say what does and doesn't go in the description of what people would see, I got no answer and didn't like the attitude of there so called help on the phone where you leave a message with no call back so I told them in an e mail I don't want there services anymore an cease advertising my property, then three working days later I get a message from Diane at reeds rains somewhere to ring her to talk about what I want going forward with the property, she asked me to ring back on a phone number with only the dial code and three numbers, which obviously does not exist,

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Bullies, liars and horrible people to deal with. I thought the head office team on the phone were bad until I had to deal with the branch staff. Utterly incompetent. Would never recommend this branch or use them to buy, sell and especially not rent. Watch out for Greg the manager he is your typical slimy, creepy salesman who lies to try get what he wants.
