My experience so far with Thorgills has been excellent. A good quality tenant was found the same day as instruction after one viewing, and an asking price offer secured. Chantelle, Leon and Eduard have been helpful and polite, and I hope that the cleaning and check in I have booked through Thorgills will be just as impressive. I have found the paperwork quick and easy to complete, and the whole process has been a breeze, thanks guys!

I want to thank Torgills team for their excellent service - finding a flat for me in Brentford, the area of choice for me. They were able to propose a range of good options and kindly arranged several viewings at convenient times. - which was helpful to make the right choice. Subsequently, the team arranged all the necessary "paperwork" conveniently delivered through electronic media, paperless, Finally, they e-mailed me a comprehensive welcome pack and the instructions and arranged a move-in procedures, again at a convenient day and time. I'd certainly consider Thorgills for my future needs and would recommend their services to others.

Shoyab is the agent who sold my home on 05/09/2017. He is a young man, full of energy who enjoys interactioning with his clients and has a determination to succeed on their behalf. His exceptional ability is to match the purchaser's needs with the homes he has on his sales list. Watching him at work, I would say the key is his ability to listen to his clients. And then to meet their every requirement re viewing the property, answering questions, submitting an offer and then handing the sale over to the legal team. Shoyab believed that my home was "sellable" at the price listed, and together with my making it available for viewing each time that he had a prospective client and sprucing it up before they got here, it facilitated his determination to present the house as meeting his client's needs. Disappointments did not put him off! He is professional, timeous and courteous, an absolute credit to his company and his clients, both sellers and purchasers. Thank you Shoyab!

We had a fast turn around between offer and moving date which required the purchase of some new furniture and a gas safety certificate. Chantelle arranged for us to meet the tenants at very short notice (we made the request Saturday morning and met them that evening). She gave us a great recommendation on British Heart Foundation for some unwanted furniture and was helpful at every point. New beds and the gas safety certificate were in pace by Monday with a moving in date of Tuesday. At every point I felt Chantelle was reliable and in control, on top of detail and looking out for BOTH the tenants and ourselves as landlords. This is our second experience using Thorgills to find tenants and our first experience working with Chantelle. I would definitely recommend both the agency in marketing and identifying tenants and Chantelle in helping us manage every aspect of the process once provisional tenants had been identified.

I recently secured a tenancy near Baron's Court with a friend and we were assisted throughout the process by Sean Hannington and Shanice Cresham. Both Sean and Shanice were very responsive and attentive to points of detail, which made for a relatively smooth process overall. Our tenancy process was complicated by both my friend and I travelling overseas at the time, but Shanice was highly accommodating and ensured that unnecessary delays were avoided. We are very pleased with the service received and would happily deal with the team at Thorgills Hammersmith again in the future.

She set the expectations and timelines very clearly so we knew exactly what was going on. GoogleWe listed our home with them after being on the market for some time without any joy. They gave us regular feedback and after roughly one week found us a corporate tenant who took our apartment for 24 months. I would highly recommend Sean and his team in Brentford.
