My experience in dealing with Thorgills was, without a doubt, a good one. Haffeeza Rasheed, one of the consultants, was extremely helpful. She kept me up-to-date with every query, question and enquiry until the final signature on the contract for the property. She was calm, relaxed and positive throughout the whole process, especially when I thought we were not making headway. I would say that my journey was a very positive one and would recommend Thorgills if you are looking for a place to live.

The staff at Thorgills were all very helpful. The property in Chiswick was put on the market towards the end of September 2017. Within about 5 weeks a very acceptable offer had been made and the sale of the house was completed before the end of January 2018. Alice Carrick played a key role in liaising between myself and both the buyers and sellers solicitors. She kept me informed at each stage of the sale procedure in a very polite, helpful and efficient manner. Moreover, she sent gentle reminders to the solicitors which I am sure helped to speed up the procedure. Based on my recent experience with Thorgills, I would definitely use them again if the need arose and would certainly recommend them to a prospective seller.

I have recently been helped by Chloe Hall of Thorgills. Chloe Hall helpfully assisted me in recovering a substantial sum of money from the landlord-tenant deposit protection scheme against a defaulting tenant who caused significant damage to my property. Chloe was at all times courteous, professional, pro-active, responsible and is an asset to any estate agent back office operation. Many people believe that estate agents are good at the “sale” and not so good in the “after - sale”. Chloe Hall was a refreshing breath of air and not only did she diligently chased up this matter for me, but she kept me updated, informed and reassured throughout the entire process. I highly commend her sincerity and efforts - to succeed in the claim is only the icing on the cake. Well done and thank you very much Chloe. Thorgills are lucky to have you!!

We've unfortunately had a lot of issues with our property since we moved in and struggled to get any resolves until Andre Riberio came onboard and started helping us out. He's always been quick to respond including outside office hours which has been greatly appreciated by our house members. Andre is always polite and cooperative and genuinely seems as though he wants to help us which is refreshing. I hate to say it but we've had a sub par experience with Thorgills so far but Andre has somewhat redeemed them by his great service.

Outstanding professionalism and customer service, discretion and a great manner

We had a fast turn around between offer and moving date which required the purchase of some new furniture and a gas safety certificate. Chantelle arranged for us to meet the tenants at very short notice (we made the request Saturday morning and met them that evening). She gave us a great recommendation on British Heart Foundation for some unwanted furniture and was helpful at every point. New beds and the gas safety certificate were in pace by Monday with a moving in date of Tuesday. At every point I felt Chantelle was reliable and in control, on top of detail and looking out for BOTH the tenants and ourselves as landlords. This is our second experience using Thorgills to find tenants and our first experience working with Chantelle. I would definitely recommend both the agency in marketing and identifying tenants and Chantelle in helping us manage every aspect of the process once provisional tenants had been identified.

Great service - nothing was too much trouble!

From the very outset Chantelle and indeed the whole Thorgills team have been excellent! Great service - nothing has been too much trouble! I highly recommend them. I have one observation that will help reduce the whole team's workload. i would emphasise that this is not a criticism. There has been a lot of duplication of requests, emails and work, which I think could be avoided with some means of cross-referencing or centralising client communication. Fast and professional

Alice Carrick was particular useful and efficient in dealing with my queries and concerns during the course of the re-let of my property. Whilst i was disappointed with Thorgills that i was going to be paying another 12 months of fees at the initial starting rate plus i lost 14 days of rent, Alice escalated the concerns swiftly in order to keep the momentum and ultimately I progressed with the deal primarily due to her at a point when i was about to pull out due to the fees. I was very happy with the service provided by Zak and the team. In particular, Karim. He understood our circumstances and ensured that prospective tenants met the profile we required. He was easy to contact if we needed to get hold of him and he was very proactive In providing viewing feedback and keeping us informed if progress generally.
