Karim was out point of contact for our property searches with Thorgrills. We did not have the classic set of viewings several hundred pounds over our budget and we took a property through Karim. GoogleI was quiet nervous renting a property where we wouldn’t be dealing with the landlord directly, however Thorgills and in particular Kat Felton and the property management team have made it incredibly painless! Kat is responsive and easy to deal with, keeping us informed and proactive in chasing up issues for both ourselves and our landlord.

Kat has been amazing, when we had a serious issue with no water over the xmas period she kept me informed with any progress she made speaking with the landlord and 3rd parties until the matter was resolved.

We dealt with Thorgills to negotiate renting a property in the Chiswick area. All staff were extremely prompt and helpful throughout the process. The communication was super fast, which meant all queries were dealt with super efficiently. Haffeeza did a great job enabling the contract sign and paperwork, overall we were really happy with our choice!

Don't use this estate agent if you don't wish for your personal data to be passed onto complete strangers by mistake. Today I received a stranger's tenancy agreement complete with all her personal details and the personal details of her landlord. I seriously dread to think how they are storing and using my data. Who's hands have my personal details ended up in?!

Chantelle provided though guidance to amend necessary arrangements. I received on time all the paperwork and it all suited what I previously agreed with the Landlord and agent. No last minute surprises which is always nice when it comes to securing a new home.
