Legal Support
Alice picked up the legal support of the sale of my property once I had accepted the offer made.
She has been an incredible support, keeping me up to date at all times concerning the status of the legal work being done by the solicitors representing both the purchaser and me, in an objective and professional manner.
Where there have been challenges, she has doggedly stuck to her objective of ensuring nothing affects the progress of the sale adversely.
I so appreciate all she has done, and all she is doing.

Alice has been very helpful in terms of communicating with the solicitors and helping to move the conveyancing process forward. I have been impressed with all the members of the team at Thorgills that I have been dealing with over the last few months.

Great, professional service from the Thorgills agents, commencing from the first meeting with Daniel, through the viewings with Vishaal and whole selling process.
Truly recommended agency if you wish to sell your property stress free.
Well done and thank you very much.

Alice was brilliant with the sale of my property. She was relentless in contacting / chasing both solicitors and she kept me updated daily. It was a very difficult sale but Alice made it happen; she was fantastic.
