We recently sold our Flat through Thorgills Ealing and genuinely were impressed. We have dealt with various ‘Big Name’ Agents to try and sell the flat and their customer service cannot compare to Thorgills, Reggie, Shoyab and Nebras were friendly, engaged and kept in contact regularly throughout the process even helping us progress our onward purchase. Thorgills was not only the most reasonable agent in terms of commission but also the only agent to not try and knock down our sale price after a couple of weeks to bag a quick easy sale.

Shoyab is the agent who sold my home on 05/09/2017. He is a young man, full of energy who enjoys interactioning with his clients and has a determination to succeed on their behalf. His exceptional ability is to match the purchaser's needs with the homes he has on his sales list. Watching him at work, I would say the key is his ability to listen to his clients. And then to meet their every requirement re viewing the property, answering questions, submitting an offer and then handing the sale over to the legal team. Shoyab believed that my home was "sellable" at the price listed, and together with my making it available for viewing each time that he had a prospective client and sprucing it up before they got here, it facilitated his determination to present the house as meeting his client's needs. Disappointments did not put him off! He is professional, timeous and courteous, an absolute credit to his company and his clients, both sellers and purchasers. Thank you Shoyab!

Got there in the end

Extremely proactive and outstanding service

Ranjeev Bhanot

The exception to almost all male estate agents I've had dealings with. Ranjeev (Reg) listens, he doesn't make dumb small talk and he doesn't burp property cliches at you. He's all the more accomplished for his lack of patter. He seems to really care about what the house-hunter wants and his lack of pressure yet calm persistence in trying to find us what we want is really wonderful. I have recommended him to a number of friends already. I work in the media...a world of fake chatter and pretend connections...and I spot someone who is not authentic immediately.
