Shoyab is the agent who sold my home on 05/09/2017. He is a young man, full of energy who enjoys interactioning with his clients and has a determination to succeed on their behalf. His exceptional ability is to match the purchaser's needs with the homes he has on his sales list. Watching him at work, I would say the key is his ability to listen to his clients. And then to meet their every requirement re viewing the property, answering questions, submitting an offer and then handing the sale over to the legal team. Shoyab believed that my home was "sellable" at the price listed, and together with my making it available for viewing each time that he had a prospective client and sprucing it up before they got here, it facilitated his determination to present the house as meeting his client's needs. Disappointments did not put him off! He is professional, timeous and courteous, an absolute credit to his company and his clients, both sellers and purchasers. Thank you Shoyab!

Buying or selling a property is a very stressful process (we have all heard the horror stories). Working in property construction myself I get to hear my fair share. I was selling a property in South Ealing/Brentford border. We had our dream house under offer and we needed to get our property to market and under offer quickly. From the minute the Thorgills team went to market with our property they worked hard to actively create viewings, determined to maximise the chances of a good offer- always giving feedback from viewing to keep us in the loop (often outside working hours). My estate agent that managed to secure our offer was Vishaal Kher. Vishaal instantly built a close rapour with my buyer and gained his trust- the complete opposite to a "stereotypical estate agent", being honest and not just telling you what you want to hear. Vishaal was always on hand to liaise with the solicitors and giving them the push they need to get the paper work over the line. I can't recommend him highly enough- keep up the great work! Thorgills achieved above asking price offer within 2 weeks of listing and throughout have provided a great post sales service to ensure sale runs smoothly (unlike previous experience with a certain online agent where after sales service nonexistent and after long time wasted failed to achieve exchange).
