I recently secured a tenancy near Baron's Court with a friend and we were assisted throughout the process by Sean Hannington and Shanice Cresham. Both Sean and Shanice were very responsive and attentive to points of detail, which made for a relatively smooth process overall. Our tenancy process was complicated by both my friend and I travelling overseas at the time, but Shanice was highly accommodating and ensured that unnecessary delays were avoided. We are very pleased with the service received and would happily deal with the team at Thorgills Hammersmith again in the future.

As having recently arrived from Australia, I didn't know what to expect when looking for a place to live in London. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience as within day 1 I found the ideal place after being shown a few places with different agents from Thorgills.

Then they called me to change the meeting at 18:15.
Then they called me to meet at 17:50.
After 30 minutes waiting in the place (Was 18:20 in that moment) I decided to call. The guy that arrange the visiting said that I was supposed to meet one of his colleagues and wasn't his problem if they came or not. He told me that I should go home.
I never waste my time doing bad reviews, but they made me waste my time... So 1 star for them and their poorly service.
