GoogleBe careful when d alI no with Thorgills, they took my two years commission,,” even though the tenant left after 1 year and only paid me for 8 months. I will be taking them to court to recover the payment. Also on a fully managed agreement they failed to do basic things like changing the council tax to the tenants name.

GoogleWe recently sold our home through Thorgills. Their communication was excellent throughout; from arranging viewings to giving regular feedback from potential buyers. The support provided by Alice during the build up to exchange/completion was superb; she was so proactive and regularly chased solicitors/other agents on our behalf. Very much appreciated!

Thanks for your feedback and we’re sorry you feel this way. May I point out that you had signed a reservation fee letter which clearly outlines that should you withdraw your offer after acceptance you would lose your holding deposit. The property had been taken off the market and referencing had already started, we have spoken to the landlord however and have reached an agreement which we hope you find acceptable, we will be in touch with you to discuss this.
