View AgentsFantastic agent!
Michael was one of the only agents we came across who knew and understand our needs down to a T. All four properties he showed us were spot on and his great sense of humour and professionalism made the whole house hunting experience an enjoyable one. Highly recommend him as an agent!

My husband and I recently purchased a property through Thorgills and Laura Madden was our point of contact. She was fantastic from the get go - always so polite and helpful, offering honest advice. A breath of fresh air compared to some of the typical estate agents out there. The whole process from start to finish was impeccable. We even received a bottle of bubbly and a card from Laura when we completed, which was a lovely touch. Thank you to Laura and the Thorgills Ealing Team. Anyone thinking of buying/selling through them, you won't be disappointed. Ask for Laura - she's the best!

Vishaal made my buying experience easy - from viewings to making an offer and helping push through everything following the agreed sale price, he was happy to support on all aspects of the purchase including coordinating solicitors and the survey, which made the process run quickly and smoothly. Most importantly, I found Vishaal to be honest and upfront and I trusted him as a partner in securing me the right property.

Raj was helpful and courteous at all times. He was someone we would trust with our concerns and our needs and would feel comfortable buying from him.. He inspired confidence. He was efficient. Attentive and helpful without being intrusive.or wasting our time. Quite a contrast to some of the other agents we encountered

View AgentsExceptional Service
I’m writing this note as a humble token of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your sales team. As a first time buyer the process can be sometimes daunting and overwhelming, especially when all components of the purchase do not adhere to the typical life cycle of an acquisition. I was attended by Thorgills Sales Broker Ranjeev Bhanot who has been nothing short of exceptional throughout this entire purchase. I really commend Mr. Bhanot on the prompt service response, continuous support, keeping the calm and applying the pressure when necessary. I hope that this is the kind of service that will be present in your various branches permanently as this is what the customers in particular first time buyers want to have. N Maule

Dannie has probably changed my mind about estate agents. In my dealings with him he was courteous; professional; knowledgeable; reliable honest and the whole process was completely transparent. A very rare thing indeed! I didn't know about Thorgills before I viewed a property with Dannie. Because of the service he provided, I would use them again.

The exception to almost all male estate agents I've had dealings with. Ranjeev (Reg) listens, he doesn't make dumb small talk and he doesn't burp property cliches at you. He's all the more accomplished for his lack of patter. He seems to really care about what the house-hunter wants and his lack of pressure yet calm persistence in trying to find us what we want is really wonderful. I have recommended him to a number of friends already. I work in the media...a world of fake chatter and pretend connections...and I spot someone who is not authentic immediately. Reg is authentic, kind, knowledgable and utterly professional.

This was a first-time purchase, complicated by the fact that we got married and went on honeymoon part-way through the process! Dannie was excellent, chasing whenever was needed and giving us a lot of help and info throughout the process.

View AgentsHelpful and friendly service - thank you Reg!
This was our first time buying and Reg played a big part in making it a very quick, easy and largely stress-free process. He was always in touch with updates, and quick to pick up the phone and chase people on our behalf - we really felt like he 'had our back' throughput our search and purchase. I would highly recommend working with Reg at the team at Thorgills. Everyone we met was friendly, honest and happy to help. Thanks for finding us our first flat Reg!

The service received from Thorgills and Reg (Rhanjeev) in particular was excellent. He was professional, honest and a pleasure to work with. We were keen to keep up the momentum on our property purchase and Reg did a lot of work behind the scenes to ensure that all the different stakeholders were headed in the right direction. Thank you!
