From the very outset Chantelle and indeed the whole Thorgills team have been excellent! Great service - nothing has been too much trouble! I highly recommend them. I have one observation that will help reduce the whole team's workload. i would emphasise that this is not a criticism. There has been a lot of duplication of requests, emails and work, which I think could be avoided with some means of cross-referencing or centralising client communication. This would certainly save everyone a lot of time and reduce the potential for errors or confusion. I hope this helps. Many thanks again for such great service. All the best ' Duncan

Alice Carrick was particular useful and efficient in dealing with my queries and concerns during the course of the re-let of my property. Whilst i was disappointed with Thorgills that i was going to be paying another 12 months of fees at the initial starting rate plus i lost 14 days of rent, Alice escalated the concerns swiftly in order to keep the momentum and ultimately I progressed with the deal primarily due to her at a point when i was about to pull out due to the fees. I would highly recommend this agent as they made the renting process incredibly easy. In contrast to other agents I have used in the past they were incredibly response via SMS and email to any questions I had. Would highly recommend. Andy at Thorgills was excellent! From the moment we had a viewing til the moment we had finalised our offer for our new property. Andy was contactable at all times. If he missed my call he would get back straight to me. He was also patient and took his time to show us a few properties which was also useful. Haffeeza did our referencing and was also excellent! After using a different agent last year and it was nothing but stress I was dreading this stage! I was wrong! Haffeeza made it clear what we needed to do at each stage making it easy to finish our referencing within about 5 days. She also was contactable at all times and very professional. I would 100% recommend thorgills in the future and will use them again if I need too.

We dealt with Thorgills to negotiate renting a property in the Chiswick area. All staff were extremely prompt and helpful throughout the process. The communication was super fast, which meant all queries were dealt with super efficiently. Haffeeza did a great job enabling the contract sign and paperwork, overall we were really happy with our choice!

Chantelle worked tirelessly to make sure the contract went through on time. She arranged furniture and other services for us we required with great care and full attention. We had a few hurdles to overcome getting the deal over the line but nothing was too much for Chantelle to handle. I would highly recommend Chantelle and Thorgills based on my experience, which was handled with true professionalism throughout.

Shanice was the one ray of sunshine in our dealings with Thorgills. Helpful, friendly and quick to respond to emails, she kept as informed and updated on the chaos that seemed to be seizing the rest of Thorgills. They could stand to hire a few more like her.

Most of the letting agents I worked with, when I say I didn't really liked the property, instead of asking why they would say okay as if they didn't really want to help if they were not paid to do so. But with Andre it was completely different, he kept asking questions to understand what I really was looking for (which also made me realise what I'm really looking for). Every property he showed me was more suitable for me than the previous one. I'm pretty sure he could show me a lot of properties in a very short time with help of his colleagues, which tells me how good the branch is. Thanks a lot Andre, and next time I look for a property I'll make sure to talk to you and work with Thorgills first!

My experience with Thorgills was very positive. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. Andy Glowacki carried out a lot of property visits and all the results were promptly communicated to me as a landlord. I had very specific requirements for a tenant, so I suppose I was a difficult client to please, but I'm very happy with how it all worked out.
