The Trusted AgentGreat experience
As having recently arrived from Australia, I didn't know what to expect when looking for a place to live in London. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience as within day 1 I found the ideal place after being shown a few places with different agents from Thorgills.
I have to say that Zak went above and beyond throughout the whole process and I would without hesitation recommend Thorgills and in particular Zak for the excellent level of customer service provided.

The Trusted AgentFantastic service - great support
Stephanie Daly was at hand at every step of us getting our new home. Even though there were a number of challenges we needed to face, her attentiveness, friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile helped us overcome them all.
She was always available to us and her support made a significant difference in turning a very stressful time into a pleasant experience.
We couldn`t be happier with the service she provided and have a lot to thank her for,

The Trusted AgentExcellent Estate Agent
Aaron is a brilliant example of what an estate/ letting agent should be. He not only noted my needs, he went the extra mile in making sure he did everything possible to help me in my search for a flat to rent.
I didn't end up choosing to go through an estate/ letting agency preferring to deal directly with landlords myself. I'm leaving this feedback because if you're trying to decide which agent to trust; especially someone that cares about your experience, Aaron is your man!
Thanks again for all the effort you put in to helping me, it's just a shame there's not a 10 star button!

The Trusted AgentThorgills Ealing - no competition whatsoever!
My husband and I recently purchased a property through Thorgills and Laura Madden was our point of contact. She was fantastic from the get go - always so polite and helpful, offering honest advice. A breath of fresh air compared to some of the typical estate agents out there. The whole process from start to finish was impeccable. We even received a bottle of bubbly and a card from Laura when we completed, which was a lovely touch. Thank you to Laura and the Thorgills Ealing Team. Anyone thinking of buying/selling through them, you won't be disappointed. Ask for Laura - she's the best!

The Trusted AgentTrust reinstated with Estage Agents
Buying or selling a property is a very stressful process (we have all heard the horror stories). Working in property construction myself I get to hear my fair share. I was selling a property in South Ealing/Brentford border. We had our dream house under offer and we needed to get our property to market and under offer quickly. From the minute the Thorgills team went to market with our property they worked hard to actively create viewings, determined to maximise the chances of a good offer- always giving feedback from viewing to keep us in the loop (often outside working hours). My estate agent that managed to secure our offer was Vishaal Kher. Vishaal instantly built a close rapour with my buyer and gained his trust- the complete opposite to a "stereotypical estate agent", being honest and not just telling you what you want to hear. Vishaal was always on hand to liaise with the solicitors and giving them the push they need to get the paper work over the line. I can't recommend him highly enough- keep up the great work! I will be dropping into your office early next week to thank you personally. Best wishes Stuart and Gloria x

The Trusted AgentSuperb service
Thorgills was absolutely fantastic to work with. The search for a flat was quite stressful given the short time in which to find one and Aaron was calm, patient and really thoughtful of the type of place I actually wanted to live in. I worked with a large number of agents in a period of 1.5 weeks and definitely did not see the same level of service. Thank you!
