GoogleI've had a really good experience working with the team, my apartment sale took double the usual amount of time to complete due to a number of obstacles. The team always had a can do attitude and communication was always top notch. Big thanks Shoyab, Ranjeev, and Nebras for helping getting my sale over the line.

GoogleFrom the beginning, we received a very hands on and eager-to-help approach from Thorgills. We have had some assistance from Shoyab, but mostly Reg handled things. We found both of them to be honest and forthcoming and helped us go from our first viewing to completion in record time, 7 weeks to the day in fact! It was our first time buying a house so really appreciated the information and efforts that they went to to help us with this, along with their recommendations and managing the chain's expectations throughout the process. I would recommend Thorgills, Ealing. Thankyou!

GoogleWe recently sold our Flat through Thorgills Ealing and genuinely were impressed. We have dealt with various ‘Big Name’ Agents to try and sell the flat and their customer service cannot compare to Thorgills, Reggie, Shoyab and Nebras were friendly, engaged and kept in contact regularly throughout the process even helping us progress our onward purchase. Thorgills was not only the most reasonable agent in terms of commission but also the only agent to not try and knock down our sale price after a couple of weeks to bag a quick easy sale.

After finding a property online offered by Thorgills my partner and I decided to proceed. we paid £512 admin fee, and also a £1000 referencing fee/deposit for the property, which is the highest on the market, which no one told us about. (Foxotn's charge £35 for referencing to put this into context) £1512 in, we decided to pull out and stay put in our current property. the lettings agent we dealt with Dan Cole is new to the business and I was told he may have "forgotten" to tell us about this important point. After many calls and emails we are no further forward. I have spoken to the letting manager Tomek Cole, and he has been no help, all he keeps saying, is, its in the terms and condition which you signed. My point is, no one told us about this very important point. Not once. I have also copied in the Managing Director Ben Madden, and I am awaiting a response from him. We feel we have been conned and we will be taking legal action. We will also be going to the property ombudsman regarding this case. I wanted to let everyone know, if you do use thorgills, make sure you read all the small print, and ask about hidden fees and extras fees. If we were made aware of this, from the start, before handing over any money, we certainly would have not go ahead. Due to all the stress, we now want our admin fee back of £512 and also the £1000 "referencing fee / money towards the deposit" If you fail referencing or have a change on heart. You will be stung with a £1000 fee. be warned, thorgills are a disgusting company to deal with.

GoogleGiving a one is so unfortunate as I would give a zero for the service and way Thorgills Brentford, have treated me. I have never felt so abandoned, kicked to the curb and robbed out of so much money. They don’t tell their clients of their nil deposit scheme, and then when the landlord/lady finds out she decides so not go ahead with the move even though she’s accepted the offer and done all the vetting which was so stressful for me and my family thanks to Haffeeza, in the client support team. She badged on with calls, texts and e-mail to me and my family who were my guarantors. They lie and add on fees where it’s not applicable, rush you through the whole process which is a nightmare and kills the excitement and enjoy for a first time renter like myself and have rude staff who don’t like to do viewings and want everything done my what’s app and FaceTime. They rush you, push you up against and the wall and pressure you into signing documents and advise you to make offers knowing you don’t match the affordability scale. One of my biggest mistakes is giving Thorgill the opportunity and pleasure to finding an apartment for myself and when you don’t want to move in they threaten you with legal action and tell you that they will ruin your credit score. I am now in a legal battle of getting my money back which is £3500 kept by the manager Simon at Brentford. I advice you guys out their stay away from Thorgills Brentford, they are full of liars, thieves and disgusting people to talk and deal with. This is coming from a 25 years old who is now terrified to move in to any rented property and I’m not keen of doing it in the future. Best of luck guys

GoogleLuigi did a fantastic job. He arranged a number of well qualified viewings for us all within the first week. He arrived for each viewing promptly, full of enthusiasm and armed with a good level of knowledge of the building and the local area. There were two things that helped Luigi stand out beyond this. Firstly, he was very comprehensive in the viewings he conducted providing buyers with a thorough showing of the flat, the building and communal area surrounding which helped distinguish our property from others in the area. Secondly. Luigi made the time to provide a good level of feedback to us, including both positive and constructive points, ensuring we are clear on the status of each prospective buyer after a viewing. This was helpful. Overall, Luigi is great to deal with and got us a good offer in just 7 days. Top job.
