GoogleThorgills went over and above with my flat sale. The sales team worked really hard to get me an offer I was happy with as quickly as possible and were very knowledgeable on the local area. I would like to thank Alice and Christine for the huge amount of help they were in pushing the sale through before the end of the Stamp Duty Holiday. They were in constant contact with the solicitors on both sides and I don't think we would have got the sale through without all of their hard work! Would highly recommend

GoogleAfter what we believe to be misleading information we decided to cancel contract. Since this review we have had the pleasure of viewing some properties and Ryan has been exceptionally helpful. Overall I believe that there was the misunderstanding with one agent but now I believe that as an organisation very good. Apologies to the Directors.

GoogleThorgills appear not to be able to deliver on even the basics of our letting agreement. If you are considering letting your property, I strongly advise that you try other agents before you go to Thorgills. A very, very expensive decision to use them. GoogleNatasha Clark has very cleverly and wonderfully, totally 'held my hand', the whole way through the progess of previous tenants moving out and new tenants moving in! Over a 2 week process ... she has very kindly helped with gas and electric certificates, inventory check in and check out, she has been available 24/7, always returned calls or emails immediatley, given me very thoughful professional advice, found a very capable gas engineer when my boiler failed - and then went above and beyond duty when she hand delivered door keys on a Saturday (when she was officailly on holiday) to the new couple moving in to my flat in Ealing - I can't praise her enough - and I can't thank her enough ... I want to be able to give her the highest score and MORE .. she is a SUPER STAR .... Kind regards AnnPositiveProfessionalism

GoogleYou get what you pay for at Thorgills. Their selling agent fees are quite toppy but they earnt every penny of it. The service from staff generally is excellent and I would single out the following things: (1.) efficient process to manage viewings and give feedback (2.) Daniel Madden the Manager gets involved at the critical stages, gives informed advice and is usually right (3.) Alice Madden who managed the sale from the point of accepting an offer to exchange/completion is highly efficient, organized, and ensures that the transaction progress in the proper manner. The Sale of the property required a specific type of buyer, and With Dan and Shoyab’s tailored understanding of the local market, they were able to quickly source the right type of buyer who could facilitate the desired price and quickly move forward with the purchase, allowing me to confidently purse another local property without hold-ups or stress.
