GoogleAny problems I have with my house the agent hafeeza Rasheed is willing to make sure that all the work that is required to be done gets done. She has been a great person, whenever the workmen is due to do work on the property she always send me and email and give me a phone call. Last year my ceiling was leaking and the roof almost caved in on me and my boys . GoogleWe have been living in our property for almost two years through Thorgills. Haffeeza Rasheed has been our property manager since then. She is a great communicator between us (tenants) and the landlord. She takes no time in arranging for any issues to be fixed it and she always keep us well informed and prepared for any scheduled works taking place at the development. Haffeeza is very professional as well as friendly always making sure that we are happy with everything. Thorgills should be very proud and lucky to have such a strong asset in their team. She has gone above and beyond to chase communications between solicitors, the buyer and agent, always keeping me updated and pushing the sale forward. I don't know what I would have done without her! GoogleThey are not the cheapest Estate Agents in my area but get results like many others. I'm also convinced they have an internal team of Sales people who's sole task is to get Clients on board from other Estate Agents, and are relentless in their job. The hard Sale is not to everyone's liking. When I did finally succumb, Marketing my property was efficient and well executed. Once the property was sold the after Sales and follow through to Exchange and Completion was second to none. Well done.

GoogleI have been dealing withThorgills Estate and Letting Agency for the past six months. I have found all the staff very helpful and professional and polite, there is one particular employee who has been exceptionally good and efficient and her name is Haffeeza Rasheed . Haffeeza has been very helpful, polite, efficient, and professional in liaising with me , and is very prompt in replying to my e mails and telephone calls even when Haffeeza has not been in the office or available, and nothing has been too much trouble for Haffreeza. In my Opinion Haffeeza is a very good Ambassador and Employee for Thorgills, and Hafreeza has been a pleasure to deal with and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thorgills to my friends because of the professionalism and help that your Employee has given me. yours respectfully Stephen Cole

GoogleIve worked with a lot of estate agents in the past for personal and business reasons and Thorgills have impressed no end. From the point of advertising to point of completion they were always available and where brilliant at being the go between of the seller and the buyer when solicitors where causing issues and fave great advice with out taking over and being to forceful. Big shout out goes to Christine who was amazing in pulling off a sale with in a month of the offer being put in.
