GoogleThis is a very new development on the outskirts of Maldon. There are about five show houses to view at present.

GoogleSite entrance is a mess. Always a film of mud on the main bend and when the cold winds hit it at night people are coming off the road. Very dangerous indeed. I'm not loving it .

Google1500 plus new homes with no new road to get to A12 or surrounding areas. what chaos this will being in future gridlock gone look good.all timber framed. But they dont even give enough parking for the modern family.
