What a horrific eyesore to be building near Knaresborough. I couldn't believe how ugly these looked when going to visit Mother Shiptons Cave.

Visited site with a view to possible purchase. Very disappointed with attitude of sales representative. We felt like we were in the way and disrupting her afternoon. So we won't be going back in a hurry.

The representative for this site is ignorant and arrogant. We are cash buyers in a position to buy immediately. The way she talked to us was appalling. I recommend avoiding this site and look elsewhere.

My partner and I have bought a Gosford on the Featherstone site, the only show room close to us is the Newton Grange site so I went with my partner and my mum a couple of weeks back to show her and get some measurements. When I tried booking in again for final measurements and to take my dad, I was questioned by the sales woman why I needed to book in again when I’d been 3 times already (once was to view before buying, the other time was my partner showing his parents for their opinions and the 3rd time was so I could measure up and show my mum) the Featherstone site make you feel so welcome and are dog friendly! I actually cancelled the appointment out with Newton Grange the minute I got back to the car as I didn’t feel I could go again. Rude and unprofessional.NegativeProfessionalism
