Newly built homes and almost all bought out by the wave of Hong Kongers pouring in. Locals have little or no chance of getting a mortgage on these over inflated properties (Thanks mostly to the HK paying over the odds by 20%. The warehouse managers/owners on both of omega sites must be rubbing their hands with glee with the new work force coming in.

Don't purchase a home on this development if you plan to use your garden, will be completely water logged from September onwards and they will advise they won't look at until following year as the season for landscaping has finished. This only after sales issues, the pre-sales/during process, the sales team on site were amazing, took the stress out of selling our home by chasing the Solictors for us, gave unprompted updates, it's a shame they can't hire the same quality customer service staff as they do sales.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

Not to impressed with service really opening times on door were till 17:00 we got there for 15:30 and there was a closed sign on the door, there was staff in there but they just blanked us out and were not prepared to speak to us. Won't be going to any other Taylor Wimpey ever again. Let's face it there are others out there that build new homes.

Top notch Asian food. Restaurant menu smaller than takeaway. Friendly staff and excellent food. Don’t over order as portion are quite large.

We have now moved into our House. I have to say I'm very pleased with the end result. We thought there would be a lot of snagging. They have not been that much at all and the quality of the work has been very high throughout. The only thing I would say that I am disappointed In the quality of the fitted kitchen. The quality of materials is high, but the workmanship, if a little lacking. Not. Oh my God. Oh my God. But not perfect either. I do think the Taylor Wimpey sales process could be greatly improved with working on communication as well. But the actual house itself is good. update: 20/9/2022 Be calling and E-mailing about the mulch issue being to high now we got black Mould. Calling them and told them it would be a few days before someone can even look at it first report was on 15 Jun. Now it is the 20th of september. Still overall happy with the build, but customer service is letting them down. I assume the Mould is to with the mulch problem the same place of the house, but I am not a builder. However, I said to them this would happen unless we got it sorted, and it did, and we do not have it anywhere else in the house) small problem growing as no on did anything not happy.

The building is not a problem, but the people who populate it. I was deeply disappointed to meet with a lady who was selling a car and who called 4 dealers to the same meeting to come with a counter offer. This lady didn't even have the good sense to tell me that there are others interested in the car. Her name is Misha. My advice is to avoid doing business with her.
