GoogleI was very close to purchasing a flat from this development. I am extremely lucky I did not as it came to light the after care is non existent; water is shut off frequently in entire blocks...slices of pizza are handed out as some form of apology? I have never heard of anything like it... It's pathetic. I suggest in future the developer invest in better management.

GoogleHaving purchased a house by Taylor wimpey on hamford park we were unaware the council would not adopt the roads so becoming private estate. Its been 5 years and maintenance company still not taken over site as its in a poor condition. The park area is covered in weeds, making it unusable. The balancing pond is a massive hole in ground with no fence around it. The roads and path have weeds growing all along them now, causing the estate to look a mess. We were told at start there would be a gastro pub, gp surgery built next to the estate. This was a lie and has now become bungalows. To avoid building these facilities at 250 House threshold, they sold half the estate under the Persona company but built the houses for them. Conned.

GoogleHuge estate in Jackton. Went to see Drummond show house which has lots of storage. Rooms great downstairs. Upstairs bedrooms quite small
