Having purchased a house by Taylor wimpey on hamford park we were unaware the council would not adopt the roads so becoming private estate. Its been 5 years and maintenance company still not taken over site as its in a poor condition. The park area is covered in weeds, making it unusable. The balancing pond is a massive hole in ground with no fence around it. The roads and path have weeds growing all along them now, causing the estate to look a mess. We were told at start there would be a gastro pub, gp surgery built next to the estate. This was a lie and has now become bungalows. To avoid building these facilities at 250 House threshold, they sold half the estate under the Persona company but built the houses for them. Conned.

Huge estate in Jackton. Went to see Drummond show house which has lots of storage. Rooms great downstairs. Upstairs bedrooms quite small
