GoogleLeasehold properties with substandard construction and very high prices. No climate control, only carpets and vinyl flooring. No real wood or tiles. Small and poor wardrobes and basic bathrooms. Not worth the asking price and the £400 plus services charges.

GoogleThe only, new development in Sutton Coldfield, a lovely lady welcomed us and gave a tour of the house and explained every tit's and bits but houses are too small and overpriced. That was disappointing. Access is easy .
