Quite a few people with issues ours being one that still isn’t being rectified for example, front and back door failing from start not well fitted, front canopy leaning forward think a heavy snow will make it fall off, hole in roof, gutters hanging off on the ends, slab work not adhered so rocks badly, ceiling fans not connected to outside and were just covered in insulation so caused mould in attic, I’ve had to rectify some of this as risk of danger to ourselves and damage to our property I wouldn’t be using Taylor Wimpey again nor recommend them to others

Terrible sound insulation. I can hear the neighbor's dog run around the house. When they turn on the tumble dryer our entire house sounds like an earthquake. We asked customer service about the issue but they tried their best to ignore us. After 2 months of waiting we got a completion certificate from a solar company, someone inspected the wall and came to the conclusion adding more insulation won't fix the issue so they won't bother doing anything. We contacted a third party company and they explained that the house has bare minimum in terms of what they can legally get away with and it would cost us £15 - £20k to fix the issue. This is absolute FRAUD. Not a single person let us know this through the entire buying process. When we purchased the property we didn't have neighbours so there was no way of knowing how bad the sound was. 'Standard compliant' does not mean the wall is suitable for the build. It simply means if you have an issue its not their problem. Taylor Wimpey also attempted to remove my review so im guessing the 3.9 star rating is also false advertising.

Very professional staff on site, they offer an excellent range of properties on this development and we did look into buying one. Sadly, we had to pull out before signing the paperwork due to other family commitments but would encourage anyone interested in this development to go along and view them while they have houses available. They will be releasing homes for sale into sometime during 2025

The sales team at the development are good however the after care customer service is appalling!! Been waiting over 4 months for my worktop to be replaced. Called every week to be advised I would receive a call back but never did. Today was the last straw to be told no note were saved then having jade hang up on me! Don’t waste your time

We've visited several developments and Silvano is the best staff ever, treated us properly, showed the properties, really made an effort to sell, if it was only for the staff, I would buy there. It's a shame Taylor Wimpey has a bad property layout, no Windows on bathrooms, we can't pay to add some options and some properties, even not being the cheaper models, are 0 kerb appeal.
