GoogleEveryone at Stags was extremely professional and gave excellent advice during the whole sales process. I was very happy for them to show our home to clients as they really took the time to get to know us and our home. I always felt I could pick up the phone to them and got an honest answer. Exchange was fairly nerve wracking as deadlines came and went, but Stage told us to stay firm and Im glad we did! I would definitely recommend Stags.

GoogleHaving had my property listed on the market for approximately 5 months with a local agent I had approximately 7 viewings and one offer. The photos and marketing of the initial agent were very bland and communication was when I chased it. Stags took the property to market and had in excess of 15 viewings in the first week and 5 offers within the month. The photos and marketing effort was exceptional. Through no fault of Stags the sale fell through on a Friday afternoon and Stags had viewings the following day with an additional 5 through the week resulting in an offer and eventual sale. The team at Stags Honiton were very professional and communication was very good. There were several people in the office who knew my property and they were able to answer any questions that I or potential purchasers had. I would without doubt use Stags to sell any future property and I think that any local company would struggle to match the service they provided.

Edit: Thank you for your reply and stating that because you are really busy (hopefully that statement helps boost your business as I can't see any other reason for writing it) nobody has replied to the enquiries. I can't understand (even though you are extremely busy) why straightforward enquiries would take over a week to reply to. In any case when (or if) anyone gets back to me I will delete this review and change it to 5*.

GoogleInter-brexit themed relations and dismissive attitude towards a tenant paying upfront, with the expected caliber of support and dispute resolution with another tenant that hasn't been paying at all...The disdainful stance out of the Exeter office was thick and heavy both in person as well as over the phone.
Tenants have equal amount of rights as they have obligations, ladies and gentlemen and you have obligations of your own when you reference and take someones business! Otherwise, the security one expects when turning to an agency instead of direct dealings with a landlord goes out the window. And then, what exactly is your justifiable function in exchange for the fees on the market?
For any kind of tenancy that has respect, a home or open communication at heart, I couldn't possibly recommend this agency in any way. In (any)business and contractual engagement, meritocracy will always have its day. Be well!
