Most agents we've spoken to have been dismissive, not taken our details and swiftly moved on. Not Jackie or the team at Stags. They took our details and got back to us. They were able to accommodate a viewing for us on WhatsApp, which also saved us the travel time. We had a lot of questions about the property and the application process which Jackie answered thoroughly and she also gave us great advise to help our application stand out. GoogleIt was an absolute pleasure selling our house through Stags at Yeovil, from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone there worked well together and were very knowledgeable - so much so that the other parties down the chain would speak to Michelle to find out what was going on in preference to thier own agents. Michelle was always ultra efficient and extremely friendly and we built up a great relationship which helped make the selling process a lot less stressful . We would highly recommend Stags - the whole team were outstanding.

GoogleWe put an offer on a house through Stags 7 months ago, which was accepted. For many reasons, mostly beyond our control, our purchase process was delayed, and it actually only completed 3 days ago. Lauren Anthony, Stag's negotiator, was amazingly proactive at chasing everyone up and down the small chain that we were in. She kept up the pressure on solicitors who were slow and inept, and kept us up to date along the way. We found her very professional and competent throughout this otherwise very stressful experience. She certainly is a great asset to Stags in Totnes!

GoogleStags did not cancel our appointment when the house we wanted to view had already accepted an offer and we were not informed. Drove 50 mins each way to see the house with my 93 year old father and we were turned away by the occupants. To be fair one of the senior partners did contact me and apologise. - Honestly I do think they should monitor their staff a little better.
We sincerely apologise that we let you down over this viewing. As the senior partner explained it was an error on our part by one member of staff, of course this is not the service which we normally provide. We will be closely monitoring the staff member and viewing process to ensure this does not happen again.
