GoogleOn our initial visit to the Totnes office we received a warm and friendly welcome. Subsequent contact was conducted mainly online due to the remoteness of our location. Over the past few months we dealt mainly with Imogen and Luke who were professional and dealt with our queries swiftly and maintained good contact. The telephone is answered promptly and reception staff direct callers to the requested person correctly. Overall a very professional, friendly office. Well done !

GoogleHilda England worked tirelessly to complete the sale of the property. I was kept informed throughout the process and given sound advice. Stags had dealt with the sale of my grandfather's property in 1979 and the high level of service received then has continued. I would use Stags again and recommend to other.

GoogleEstate agents often get bad press but we have to say our experience as buyers with Stags has been nothing short of exemplary. In particular, Noor has been outstanding throughout the process and a joy to deal with, answering all our (many) questions quickly, helping us to find a good surveyor when our first one let us down, and keeping us fully informed as the sale progressed with information on what was going on at all points in the chain. We couldn't have hoped for a more friendly and efficient person to deal with than Noor, she really was fantastic and helped to smooth the way in what can be a stressful house buying process.
