GoogleIt’s often said that buying and selling houses is right up there when it comes to the ‘most stressful things’ in life…but happily, with the fabulous South Molton team at Stags, our experience was a completely different story… Rob, Adrian and Amanda were always prepared to go the extra mile to help us sell my mother’s house - which was especially important as we didn’t live locally ourselves. In fact, it felt as though we were all ‘partnering’ together as a wider team throughout the experience - helped also by their commitment to always keeping us up to date with what was happening (I’m not a complete control freak but lack of communication can be so frustrating - but this was NEVER an issue with Stags). From popping in regularly to check the post to sorting out a scaffolder and roofer after a winter storm blew several tiles from the roof, the team not only helped organise things to make our lives easier, but they always did so with friendliness, understanding and a welcome sprinkling of humour too. While I’m absolutely delighted that we’ve now sold the house, it’s a bit of a shame that we’ll no longer be dealing with the them …truly, I can’t recommend them enough!

GoogleWe have just purchased a property via Stags Yeovil dealing mainly with Clare Lillywhite although speaking sometimes to her colleague Michelle. Clare has consistently gone the extra mile to help us as the conveyance was protracted and certainly had its share of problems. Nothing was too much trouble and as we are moving from East Sussex we really needed someone to help us. Whilst we didn’t market our property through Stags I have no hesitation in recommending them

Not one of them has given us the level of service experienced recently. Ashton, Claire and Michelle have all been amazing. They have been with us every step of the way and have always dealt with our queries in the most professional and friendly manner. Quite simply, they are the best!

GoogleWe bought our cottage through Stags and the main points of contact were through Olivia & Zara. The process started in end January and communication with Stags was good, they provided whatever information that was required in a timely manner. Trying to reach either of them was never a problem, if they were busy a colleague helped me out. When there were challenges with the chain, Stags were pro-active and helpful. We completed and moved 30 June, pretty much the expected timing from the start. I would recommend Stags as I found them to be professional Estate Agents that helped with the transaction.

She was always available to answer my questions and provide the best advice. Renting my house through Stags was a completely stress-free and straightforward experience. Then, James Edwards assisted me with valuing my property and putting it on the market. Upon my request, he also recommended solicitors. Again, he made the whole process simple and easy to navigate. Finally, I would like to mention Sarah Hallsworth, the most patient and persistent person I know. I truly admire her dedication and “work behind the scenes” in keeping everything on track, chasing all involved parties, answering my queries promptly, and keeping me regularly updated on the progress of the sale. We were part of a very long chain and at one point it looked as if it was going to collapse but because of the diligence of Stags, and in particular Sarah - who tirelessly phoned agents and solicitors - it all came together brilliantly.
