GoogleSo impressed with stags especially Zak who showed us round a property. Perfect gentleman, very knowledgeable on the house , and very honest. Although the property was not for us, we would definitely recommend this agency for selling and buying.

Not so when it is Clare , who has the will and the wit , the empathy and communication skills and the professionalism , that should be the benchmark for all estate agents. GoogleI purchased my house with Stags and received an absolute excellent service. From the initial viewing with Fran (who was great), right up to collecting the keys at the Bridport branch on the day of completion everything was faultless. Communication throughout the process was second to none. Everyone I spoke with was polite, friendly and professional. Special mention must go to Harriet who I dealt with most. Harriet is a great ambassador for the company and it was always a pleasure to speak with her.

GoogleWe have been searching for a house since February 2023, so that's a lot of viewings, the offer or three, disappointments, highs and lows. So I just wanted to say it has been refreshing to recently have a more positive house hunting experience thanks to the Stags team. On recent house viewings with them we felt under no pressure, were left to take our time, no hard sell, the agent in the background, appearing just when we had a query or observation. It has given us hope again and made the experience more bearable whether we buy with them or not. Thank you STAGS.

GoogleLuke from Stags Totnes came to visit my property a week ago ( Wed 26th March ) to carry out a valuation. I made an error with the time of the appointment however it made no difference to the appraisal as I was at home anyway. I was not informed at any point that the response would take so long. After waiting for a response until Monday 31st I followed up with 3 emails and 3 phone calls across 3 separate days in order to try and get a response. I received nothing until over a week later ( Wed 2nd April ) when I received the below email. Make your own conclusions:, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ‘Dear Tom, Thank you for your emails and calls, and I apologise for the delay in coming back to you. I had informed you that I would aim to respond early this week, having been away towards the end of last week. That said, I understand from my colleague that you have since confirmed you will not be proceeding with Stags. In light of that, I will not be providing any further advice or service. As I am sure you can appreciate, it takes considerable time, effort, and cost to carry out a valuation, undertake the necessary research, and follow up with a detailed report. I also felt, candidly, that our initial meeting lacked a degree of professionalism, given the appointment had been mis-timed and our conversation felt somewhat rushed as a result. I appreciate this may not be the response you were expecting, but I hope you can understand my position. My focus now is on supporting clients who have committed to working with us.
