GoogleCannot say a bad thing about the service received from this branch. Andrew, the manager, was diligent, honest and kept me regularly updated as to the events involving the sale of my house. Lauren was very knowledgeable, honest, diligent and efficient and was very helpful in explaining the process thoroughly. I can HIGHLY recommend selling your house with Robinson Jackson - ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH

GoogleJust a quick review for Sam at Blackfen office. They were not our agents but Sam kept us informed of what was going on in the chain and indeed was instrumental in keeping everything together and worked very closely with our solicitor. She is very much an 'asset' to your team.

GoogleSam and Lauren were very helpful during the whole process. From offer to completion, they were consistently pro active on their part in ensuring that there were no unnecessary delays. When there were issues as a result of third party actions(solicitors and the estate agents dealing with the sale of my previous home), I could see that both Sam and Lauren did what they could do to work towards a solution. Their professionalism in managing all matters was excellent.

GoogleMade an appointment with getagents then received no confirmation from the branch even after emailing. When i called they declared that they weren't interested in coming to the property but didn't even think to contact me to let me know. Ridiculous!
Dear Ms Romer, I am sorry you felt that the service received from ‘Getagent’ was not satisfactory. I would point out that whilst ‘Getagent’ do refer business to Robinson Jackson, that they are not part of our company. ‘Getagent’ were informed of the situation and should not have made an appointment for you. Please accept my apologies for this situation arising via a third party.

GoogleGreat service by Robinson and Jackson. The agents fully manage my property as I live outside of London. Stuart Harris was particularly good at sorting out tenants for my property. The advice I have been given was excellent. Any difficulties with the process were smoothly sorted by Stuart from getting in trades people to help with minor maintenance issues to helping me understand the process of letting out property and all the legal requirements. I was really impressed with the friendliness of all the staff also. Certainly recommend this agent.

GoogleProfessional polite and knowledgeable would be the best words to sum up the excellent service received with our sale. Will was very polite, knowledgable and open when it came to discussing our sale and after seeing four other estate agents there was never any doubt to go with RMJ. Both Spencer and Will gave practical, realistic and professional advice when it came to closing the sale which happened very soon after putting the flat on the market. All of their recommendations were brilliant (our mortgage advisor secured a much better deal for us than others I had been consulting with and the solicitor was fantastic). Hazel was extremely efficient and very reassuring throughout the whole process which made things a lot easier when the odd niggle was on the horizon. She was always well informed and sure to update me. I cant thank them enough and would wholly recommend RMJ
