I have just completed on the sale of my home in Bexley; Kevin, Jareau and their team were excellent in supporting me during this process and I would highly recommend them. After a false start with another local agent I move to Kevin and his team and was very pleased with making this decision to swap. My home sale was slightly more complicated than most as I had already moved out of the UK when I listed the property with Robinson Jackson. Yet even being literally on the other side of the world Kevin (et al) provided me at all times with clear timely communication, good market insight, and excellent coaching as we moved to the final stage of the sale. Selling a house at the best of times is incredibly stressful, to work with Kevin and his team meant I removed as much as the stress and drama out of the process which was possible. I was blown away by the service, dedication and market knowledge by Kevin, Jareau and Charly at the Bexley branch. Despite the property market taking a huge turn, they sold my house within weeks at above the asking price. Choosing an estate agent is a very important part in selling your house. The process as many thinks is, you choose your agent, agree a price, sell your house, then move. For some that is the case, but for others it can be a stressful and timely process and that's why you need an agent who works for you and with you. That agent is the whole team at RJB. Jareau, Kevin and Charlie-Ann from the sales team dealt with the sale of our house professionally and compassionately from the initial valuation right through to the end and they have an excellent knowledge of the market, area and are a highly experienced sales team, providing honest feedback. Their advice is trustworthy, and they dealt with our sale with an outstanding amount of patience Margaret and Andrea from the progression team, and Kim the branch administrator have also been fantastic in dealing with the progress side, keeping us up to date at all times and also dealing with any complications that arose.
