We cannot thank the team at Robinson Jackson, Sidcup & Blackfen enough for everything they did for us throughout the sale of our home. After accepting an offer, our sale unfortunately fell through three months later, which was an incredibly stressful and disappointing situation. However, the team immediately stepped up and worked tirelessly to get everything back on track. A special thank you to Tony, whose swift response, dedication and determination after our sale fell through were truly exceptional. He acted quickly, kept things moving and went above and beyond to help us find a way forward when we really needed it. Sam and Stephanie were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Their support, communication and professionalism made such a difference, and they were always there to reassure us and keep us updated. We would also like to thank Natalie and the whole team. Everyone worked incredibly well together, and it was clear how committed they were to helping us achieve the right outcome. Despite everything that happened, they made us feel that we were in safe hands and that they genuinely cared about getting us through what was a very challenging time. The dedication, teamwork and professionalism shown by everyone at the Sidcup & Blackfen branch were outstanding. They didn’t give up when things went wrong, they pulled together, got everything back on track and supported us right through to the end. We are extremely grateful to Tony, Sam, Stephanie, Natalie and the entire team for all their hard work, dedication and support. We honestly could not have asked for a better team to have behind us. Thank you all so much, we would wholeheartedly recommend Robinson Jackson Sidcup & Blackfen to anyone selling or buying a home.

Had a really positive experience with Robinson Jackson Sidcup & Blackfen thanks to Aleisha. She showed us around a property recently and was genuinely fantastic, warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about both the property itself and the wider Sidcup area. She took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, gave us honest and useful information about the local market, and made what can sometimes feel like a stressful process really easy and informative. Although we didn't end up going for that particular property, it had nothing to do with Aleisha, she was an absolute asset to the agency, and our first impression of Robinson Jackson is a really positive one because of her. If you're house-hunting in the Sidcup or Blackfen area, ask for Aleisha. Highly recommend!

I had a good experience with my viewing carried out by Aleisha, from Robinson Jackson Blackfen and Sidcup. My appointment was 5pm and she was on time to show us around, I like the way she greeted us with a smile, we felt we could ask questions. Aleisha communicate with us about the property, even though we weren't allowed to have acess to the loft. That was the one negative,but one thing stood out with me was how politely Aleisha spoke with the second viewers when asking them to wait until we were through with our viewing. Thank you Aleisha,I would really recommend Robinson Jackson Blacfen sidcup from my experience.

R&J helped us move from our family home to our next one. They was nothing but helpful made the process smooth and was really helpful. They had helped us with surveys to solicitors great comms all around they keep you in loop regardless to what’s happening.
