OUTSTANDING!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot recommend Robinson & Jackson Eltham highly enough. From start to finish, they provided exceptional support, guidance, and reassurance throughout what turned into an extremely stressful sale and purchase process. The difficulties we experienced were not caused by Robinson & Jackson, but rather issues elsewhere in the chain involving solicitors and other parties. Despite this, the team at Robinson & Jackson consistently went above and beyond to help keep everything moving. They were always available to answer questions, provide updates, chase matters when needed, and offer honest advice during some very challenging moments. Their communication was excellent throughout, and they genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. What could have been an overwhelming experience was made far more manageable thanks to their professionalism, dedication, and support. A special thank you to the entire team for their patience, hard work, and commitment, but particularly Lauren, Jack and Anthony. Jack, Anthony and Lauren from Robinson Jackson Eltham were the best estate agent team one could ever wish for, and I don't say that lightly as I've had a variety of experiences. I felt guided and seen throughout the process of selling my property, and the team were happy to go the extra mile when things weren't clear or there was a problem. Jack and Anthony even advised me on my purchasing options with other agencies and gave me market insights - it would have been much harder to navigate a broken property chain (not on Robinson Jackson side) and other pitfalls without their genuine support. I begrudge awarding these people 1 star but google review won't allow me to post a review unless I select a star. I went through 4 months of hell with these guys. I have alerted friends and family to avoid them at all costs. A multitude of mistakes when attempting to sell my house down to sheer incompetency. Mistakes I pointed out which eventually after 4 months they finally admitted too even though they kept reminding me through the whole process how experienced they were in their field! Honestly it was shambolic from start to finish. When I challenged them regarding the service I was receiving the response from the Manager was so patronizing! I could not deal with them and their half truths anymore. The end result was my decision to switch agents. Switching agents worked out to be fantastic, I only wish I had made the decision to do it sooner than I did. Moving is stressful anyway but if you want added, unnecessary stress from an agent who thinks it's appropriate to string you along endlessly then these are the guys for you.
