GoogleWe received excellent service from the whole team. Our property sold within 2 days (twice, after the original sale fell through) and we were kept informed throughout the process. The great thing about Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath is that they all work together to get things done - if someone wasn't available when we needed help another member of the team stepped in and resolved our query very quickly. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful to deal with, and the final sale was managed as quickly as possible. We couldn't have asked for more, and will go straight back to Robinson Jackson if needed in future. Great people!

GoogleI instructed Robinson Jackson to sell my property after having had a disappointing experience with another estate agent, and the difference was clear from the outset.
My first meeting was with the Branch Manager, Neil. I found him professional, honest and refreshingly straightforward. He provided excellent information on pricing and the wider market, but what particularly impressed me was his knowledge of the local area. It immediately gave me confidence that the property was in experienced hands.
The viewings were conducted by Marcus, who is an absolute gent. He provided useful and constructive feedback and, following his advice, we very quickly secured a buyer. Marcus made sure prospective buyers were properly qualified and, when offers came in, clearly explained the position and circumstances of each buyer, which made the decision-making process much easier.
The sales progression was equally impressive. Marcus and Corrie kept us regularly updated throughout and the whole process was handled extremely well.
For me, this experience really demonstrated the benefit of using an established local estate agent with a proper team behind them. There was always someone available to speak to, and even simple things like being able to drop documents into the local office made a difference.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Robinson Jackson to anyone selling a property in the area. They have been established in Bexleyheath for many years, and based on my experience, it is easy to see why.

GoogleUnfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The team was very laid-back and lacked proactiveness throughout the process. We had to constantly chase for updates, appointment confirmations and follow-ups, rather than being kept informed proactively.
Having dealt with several other estate agents, this has easily been one of our poorest experiences in terms of communication and overall service. It would be very unfortunate if we had to deal with them again in the future.

We can confirm that there was no delay in communicating your interest or any offers made, and these were passed on to the seller promptly. We understand that missing out on a property can be frustrating, particularly when you are keen to secure a home.
With regards to viewings, we always aim to confirm appointments as quickly as possible, but we also have to work around the availability of the people living in the properties. This means we sometimes need to obtain the occupier’s agreement before a viewing can be confirmed, and we feel it is important to respect their circumstances. We appreciate this can be frustrating, but unfortunately it is not always something we can control.

GoogleJust wanted to say what a friendly and professional service I received from Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath, from the original valuation and discussion through to the final sale I found everyone I dealt with helpful, knowledgeable and personable.
Every sale is unique and it felt like they listened to my needs and ensured they were met throughout, Neil was excellent in setting expectations on how much to sell for, what level of interest to expect and closing the sale. Margaret became a friendly voice to answer any question (no matter how daft) and to chase solicitors and other parties to keep things on track.
If I had another house to sell in Bexleyheath I wouldn't use anyone else.
