GoogleRobinson Jackson in Dartford were a dream to work with. I appointed them for a probate sale - they provided excellent guidance for pricing and staging based on recent benchmarks. We accepted an offer at the full asking price within three weeks of marketing the property, following which their Progression team took over and managed the process through to exchange and completion (within four months). Communication was absolutely first-rate. Brilliant execution all round. I would recommend Robinson Jackson in Dartford unreservedly.

GoogleI recently viewed two properties with Beth and Danielle, and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Both were friendly, professional, and really knew their stuff. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole viewing process easy and relaxed. It’s rare to come across agents who are genuinely this helpful and approachable, a real credit to the company. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a smooth, stress-free experience!

GoogleWhere do I even start??? Amazing. Dedicated. Caring. Professional. The list can go on! The team at the Dartford branch were incredible and helped us so much with the sale of our property but not only that, in ensuring we got our forever home. I can't thank Ben and the team enough for everything they did along the way - even putting up with my constant calls! For us though it was the care that was given to our very personal situation. The efforts went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for and we will be forever grateful for what was done along to way. Highly reccommened!!

GoogleI am absolutely delighted with the service I received from this branch, who went above and beyond in facilitating the sale of my mum's house. From start to finish, the team were consummate professionals, demonstrating a level of expertise, diligence, and care that was truly exceptional. Their tireless efforts in finding a buyer were evident throughout the entire process, and their dedication to ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience was genuinely impressive.
What struck me most was the team's ability to make a potentially complex and overwhelming process feel remarkably straightforward and manageable. Their clear communication, prompt responses, and proactive approach helped to alleviate any concerns I had, and I was always kept informed about the progress of the sale.
I would like to extend a special thank you to Lee Savigar, whose outstanding service and expertise were instrumental in making the experience so positive. Lee's knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made a significant difference, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with them.

GoogleWe recently sold our two bedroom terrace house through Robinson-Jackson in Dartford, making our onward purchase through the Ebbsfleet Robinson-Jackson branch.
Lee was polite, professional and extremely effective in organising the prompt sale of our home, with Kerstie at the Ebbsfleet branch being incredibly accommodating with multiple requests to view our purchase property for measurements and fittings.
Notable mention must also go to Carol in the sales progression team, whose tenaciousness to get both our sale and purchase over the line was nothing short of incredible.
Many thanks to everyone involved, when it came to our greatest financial asset, and onward forever home Robinson-Jackson were the safest pair of hands we could have asked for.

GoogleGot my property with the branch in November for the most part lovely staff and response time were always very quick. However I was disappointed that after obtaining my first ever home with Robinson Jackson, I received no hamper, not even a card or anything from the branch when I collected my keys or arrived at the property, thankfully my mortgage advisor pre sent things over which made the day feel more special. I even went out of my way to deliver the previous landlords deliveries to the branch which were 3 big boxes and still nothing. Hey ho! it is what it is other than that great team I guess!
