I cannot recommend Robinson Jackson Plumstead highly enough. I have been a loyal customer since 2011, and I think the fact that, 15 years later, I chose to put my trust in them once again says everything about the level of service they provide. A huge and heartfelt thank you to Spencer, Lisa, Mackenzie and Sadie. From beginning to end, the communication, professionalism, reassurance and genuine care were exceptional. Moving home can be incredibly stressful, but having a team who are responsive, proactive and prepared to go above and beyond makes all the difference. I always felt that there was someone at the end of the phone who genuinely cared about getting me to the finish line. There is something quite special about being able to return to the same estate agent after so many years and find that the customer service and personal touch are still every bit as strong. They say, “Estate agents don’t just sell houses; they help people close one chapter and open the door to the next.” That could not feel more appropriate. Thank you, Spencer, Lisa, Mackenzie and Sadie, for helping me close this chapter and start an exciting new one. After 15 years as a customer, I would still choose Robinson Jackson Plumstead all over again. Five stars, without hesitation. ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really lovely experience with Sadie when I went to view a property. She was already at the property when we arrived and immediately welcomed us with a warm smile and a friendly wave. She made me feel very comfortable from the moment we walked in. Sadie was very kind, patient and professional. She explained everything about the property clearly and accurately, and I really appreciated the way she communicated with me. As someone who is Asian, I sometimes find it difficult to understand different British accents or when people speak very quickly. Sadie was very understanding and made sure to speak clearly and explain everything in a way that was easy for me to follow. Her friendly attitude and excellent communication made the property viewing a very positive experience. Thank you so much, Sadie, for being so welcoming and helpful. I really appreciate it and would be happy to recommend her to others! 😊

I’ve now used Robinson Jackson estate agent twice, and both experiences have been very positive. First Spencer achieving our sale target and them progressing the sale process Lisa and Hazel were proactive throughout and kept things moving efficiently, which made a big difference. What really stood out was their communication and persistence. Whenever there was a lack of response from the buyer’s side, they didn’t just sit back, they actively chased things up and kept me informed, which helped avoid unnecessary delays and stress. Overall, they’re reliable, responsive, and clearly committed. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

I bought my first flat 5 years ago with Robinson Jackson Plumstead as the agent and when it came to sell i came straight to them. Spencer, Ivan and the team got my flat sold very quickly, always keeping me informed. After that I was dealing with Adele and Hazel who saw the sale through to completion. Towards the end the sale looked like it might be running into trouble. Adele and Hazel worked above and beyond dealing with the entire chain. It was an extremely stressful time and both were always calm, organised, professional and 100% committed to getting to the finish line. I'm really grateful for all their hard work and for being so reassuring during a time when i genuinely didn't know what was going to happen.

My experience with Robinson-Jackson has been great from start to finish. Ivan showed me round a couple of properties at short notice. Spencer notified me of new properties which had just come on the market, and subsequently negotiated my offer with the seller. Hazel and Adele kept on top of the solicitors, and helped progress the sale to completion. The day I collected the keys, I spoke to Stuart about letting the property. He wasted no time in coming to carry out a valuation, and putting it straight on the lettings market. His colleague Connor let the place out in about a week to an ideal couple, and achieved the full asking price. Then finally, Libby ensured that I had everything in place for the tenants move-in date, and made the process as smooth and easy as possible. I will definitely make Robinson-Jackson my first call next time I’m looking for a tenant, or if I decide to sell at some future date.

The first time I used Robinson-Jackson was over 10yrs ago, when I chose their Sydenham branch to sell my flat. Years later, not only are we using their Lewisham branch to sell our current home but we've lucked out with buying our forever home through their Plumstead branch too. On more than one occasion, we've been fortunate to have Liam show us houses in our preferred area and he is a testament to who Robinson-Jackson are, as an estate agent and why I used them again to sell our home. Liam was informative, knowledgeable, genuine and funny. He effortlessly engaged with me, my husband and our daughter, without the suffocating hard sell or the absence of interest we have experienced from other estate agents. Our sale/purchase process has begun and I was pleasantly surprised, when he called just to see how we all were doing and recalled conversations we had on viewings. We are most definitely grateful for Robinson-Jackson aiding us along the way and especially thankful Liam is a part of it. But I've also got to mention Spencer, their branch manager. Spencer has the same positive energy as Liam, supportive, so easy to communicate with, informative and also funny. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting or speaking with the entire team but if Liam and Spencer are anything to go by, their branch must be a great place to work too. Thank You So Much Guys
