We have just exchanged contracts both to sell our house and buy our next house through Robinson Jackson in Sydenham. From the first valuation with Rob, through to the viewings with Byron and Jay, and the progressing service with Saphire , we have been extremely happy with their service throughout. We found them all to be very professional, knowledgeable about the local market and hard working. Rob, Byron and Jay were very dedicated to getting us the right buyers and finding us our new home. Saphire made sure that from offer to exchange, everything ran smoothly and was always available to speak with us and chase solicitors regularly on our behalf. She really went above and beyond. We don't plan to move on again now for quite some time, but when we are ready we will most certainly return to sell our house through Robinson Jackson again!

Outstanding service from start to finish. I took their advice they sold my house in days got the best possible price for it. They where always on the end of the phone for advice. Was given advise on which offer was the best to accept obviously if was done to us who we picked but we were told everything we needed to know to make that decision. Once sold we had excellent help from their after sales team who could not do enough to help us. Choosing the right Estate agent is a very important part of your property move. We had a couple on our short list but chose to use Robinson Jackson and have not regretted it for one moment. From the initial introduction the whole Swanscombe team have been professional and enthusiastic and make you feel special. Led by Jordan the Branch manager his whole team have always answered any question immediately and if they saw they will call back always did. We were fortunate that our house sold quickly. This was partly due to it being marketed at the correct price and also the client base RJ already had of people looking for similar properties to what we were selling. Once offer was accepted the progression team stepped in and Tracy was fantastic. Full of energy and passion and really whipped the solicitors into shape ensuring we exchanged in a timely manner and didn't let the momentum slow at any point! The progression team are pivotal to us buyers and sellers as they always return your call and sort out any problems or concerns we had. they are a good point of contact as well for liaising with your solicitors which i didn't realise until now. I am rarely one to leave a review but in this case it is thoroughly justified! Well done Robinson Jackson!!

As a first time buyer its always scary of the unknown when purchasing a first home, whilst we found a house through an online estate agent Josh at Robinson and Jackson was extremely professional and answered all our questions with honesty and provided us with much clarity.
