GoogleThe Team at Robinson Jackson have been great from the word go! They valued our property and put it on the market. They kept us updated weekly to inform us of what interest there had been and how many viewings were going to be taking place. After each viewing they always gave feedback even if it was to say they had left messages and the person viewing had not responded. Emma Burton has been our main point of contact and extremely good at keeping us updated, returning calls/emails and offering us advice as and when needed. Emma Burton & Laine Benn have also been fantastic! When anyone was away on holiday the team were great at still keeping in contact and following up on behalf of our main point of contact to chase anything outstanding. Thank you to you all, we are very pleased to have sold our flat through you and will recommend you to anyone that is looking for a excellent estate agent.

GoogleI completed on a purchase with RJ Welling last week. I must say that the whole experience with Robinson Jackson Welling from start to end has been fantastic. Scott showed us the property initially & he didn't try any pointless sales spiel - nice guy. Scott handled our offer & got back to me in good time & from that point onwards, it was mostly managed by Tony Hodges, who was very thorough & informative & constantly kept us up-to-date throughout. I found at no stage did I need to chase anyone at RJ. We also used their in-house Mortgage Advisor Caroline (who is brilliant) & her colleague Gary for Life Insurance+Mortgage Protection (who is also brilliant). I phoned the branch directly a few of times & also spoke to other RJ staff & they were always friendly & helpful & always passed on my messages. Overall I would recommend them, friendly team & just seem like an organised branch. I have dealt with other RJ branches in the past & generally have had good experience where applicable.

GoogleWe used Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath estate agents for buying our first home their service was exceptional and they made the whole process less daunting, being able to speak to someone whenever you had a question even if it was only a tiny question made a massive difference to an online estate agent which we had problems with first time around. Their customer service is second to none. GoogleI do not normally do reviews; however, I do make exceptions, when I receive really good customer service and that’s why I am writing one for Robinson Jackson @ Swanley. They helped me get the home I wanted and assisted me along the path, I had never travelled before. All the staff were very knowledgeable, and accommodating. Nice cup of tea on a recent visit to the office!! I would highly recommend these agents to any of my friends who are thinking of buying. Top class service.

GoogleFour Stars due to the Sales Progressor. We were only every in contact and got feedback from one person within the sales team at Robinson Jackson and were generally informed in advance when viewings would be taking place. Other than this there was little contact and it would be difficult to tell what marketing of our property was carried out other than through on-line sites such as rightmove. On this basis it would be difficult to tell Robinson Jackson apart from another agent, however when it came to the service provided by our Sales Progressor at Robinson Jackson it was great. Often she was dealt with my queries and calls in a diligent and professional manner. With a difficult buyer she helped us get our property sale over the line to completion.

GoogleI have just exchanged contracts on my £1.1m house. This is a difficult market in this price-range but Robinson Jackson, and in particular Assistant Manager Jay Francis ,have been remarkable. Where another local estate agent had failed to get me ANY offers over 6 months, Jay provided consistently -quality viewings and a number of strong offers as well as solid advice and truly outstanding communication. Robinson Jackson have a dedicated staff member to progress the sale; it was great to be able to contact the amazing Saphire King-Harris at any time to get an update or to join forces to get the process moving. Again, Saphire's communication was excellent; it was always a pleasure to speak to her. I have already recommended Jay to neighbours looking to move and would not hesitate to refer any serious seller to Jay, Saphire and the team at Robinson Jackson in Sydenham.

GoogleIf you are going to sell your house, do yourself a huge favour and use Robinson Jackson. We sold our property in Penge via them after getting a few estate agents to view our property. Jay was our agent and from the first moment he stepped through the door we knew that we were in safe hands. Little things make a very big difference, for example, Robinson Jackson are the only agents that are open on Sunday and weekday evening. This makes a huge difference when prospective buyers are trying to organise viewings. They also have the fantastic Saphire as their sales negotiator. We have had a tricky sale with solicitors further down our chain, but knowing we had Saphire in our corner, making the calls and sending emails to the right people at the right time made us feel in very safe hands. By far the best agents I have ever used. If I was to move again in the area I would have no reservation about using them again. 5 Stars isn't enough stars, they deserve at least 10 out of 5

GoogleI booked a viewing through Rightmove and met Byron at the flat. He was easy and funny and not at all pushy. He'd booked another couple of flats for me to see that evening but after we'd talked about what I liked about the first place, he already knew they weren't for me. We saw them as a comparison, but after that he was focused on showing me what I wanted not what he had. He didn't waste my time at all. The offer was negotiated quickly and without any fuss and Saphire handled the rest of the process very effectively. I would heartily recommend Robinson Jackson. In fact, I already have.
