GoogleThe team at the Blackfen office were brilliant and so helpful no matter how much I called them. They did their upmost to assist with any difficulties we had, even where it wasn’t their responsibility. Buying a house is stressful and they made the whole process so much easier.

GoogleAndy Greene, the Manager is very professional and he heads up a lovely team of staff, who were always helpful and efficient, in dealing with the whole process involved in the sale of the property. In the past, we have purchased 6 properties and found that the Blackfen/Sidcup team to be the best that we have ever dealt with. We would highly recommend this Estate Agents. Many thanks.

GoogleSam in the sales progression team is amazing. Highly professional throughout, kind, warm and caring. Buying/selling a house is the most stressful experience of my life and I don’t know how we would have coped without Sam and the rest of the Robinson Jackson team guiding us through it. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

GoogleAll staff were excellent from start to finish. Could not fault service.
5/5
GoogleRobinson Jackson were amazing throughout the sale of our flat. We had not sold before so were very new to the process and they were patient and helpful no matter how silly our questions were! Natalie and Andy are great and the two sales progressors, Sam and Lauren, kept us sane and were so helpful from day 1. We’ve had two onward purchases fall through and the treatment and consideration we received from other agents really highlights how RJ are a cut above and know how to support their clients through what can be a very stressful and emotional time. I really couldn’t recommend them enough.

GoogleWe couldn't thank everyone at Robinson Jackson enough for their help, support and patience throughout our purchase. It was a stressful couple of months, but not once did they ever make us feel like we were burdening them. We were kept updated constantly whether that be via emails or phonecalls they all went out of their depth to help us. With a massive thank you to Sam and Lauren, we really couldn't of done it without you!!

GoogleIt took long time for me from sell of my house to completion and if it wasn't for Robinson Jackson's wonderful service and professionally handling of very small details I would have had problems I could not even bear to think about. No words can express the wonderful service I had from Manager down to every member of staff. If you are looking for estate agent don't look anywhere else, you will not be disappointed in anyway.

The team took care of all viewings and we were given feedback constantly. Lauren and Sam ensured we were regularly updated with the progress of the sale and they made everything simple and stress free! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Google“After using a different agent who were not successful in finding a buyer for my Mother's house, I hired Robinson Jackson - Andy Greene the branch manager took great photographs and suggested a realistic selling price. Within a week we had an acceptable offer from a genuine buyer and sale progress was handled efficiently and professionally. There was always a friendly, helpful voice at the end of the phone when I needed it. Highly recommendable agents!”
