GoogleFollowing a terrible experience with one of the other well known Bexley Village Estate agents we took our house off the market and relisted it with RJ. Following this we had 14 viewings booked for the first weekend which culminated in 3 offers and the house being sold. Kevin and his team are extremely professional, proactive and courteous. They certainly do not conform to the stereotypical estate agent! The progression team are incredibly efficient, they chased all relevant parties on a daily basis and kept us up to date at all times. The sale and purchase of our houses was pushed through within 3 months despite a three person chain and extensive unexpected extra surveys on our new purchase. Overall we were very impressed with RJ and can not recommend them enough.

GoogleAs I live abroad, the staff at the Bexley branch couldn’t have been more helpful in keeping an eye on my house and making the process of selling the house as painless as possible. GoogleWe are delighted that we chose Robinson Jackson estate agents to sell my mother-in-law’s bungalow in Bexley. We chose from 4 local estate agents and opted for this company on the basis of the positive initial meeting with Kevin. We were delighted with the valuation and the advice we received about the best way of selling the property. We were kept fully informed about viewings and offers. We had some offers which didn’t result in a sale but ultimately we had a realistic offer which we were happy to accept. It was heartening to be able to negotiate a range of commission levels based on the final sale price achieved. Every member of staff at this estate agency has impressed with their consummate professionalism and integrity. We felt that we were in safe hands and we would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

GoogleGreat Service from all involved. George could not have been more enthusiastic telling me about the property and booking a viewing. At the viewing Amanda offered practical advise, and was very helpful having full knowledge of the property, whilst still allowing us room to make our own decisions. The team were very helpful and accommodating with our second viewings. Sharon is all knowing when it comes to progression and pushed it through to completion quicker than we originally expected and without a hitch! Very glad to have bought through them and will recommend to everyone I know!

GoogleWe sold our home through Robinson Jackson Belvedere. It was a long process no fault of the branch but to do with our chain at the top. We mainly had dealings with George at the start who we cannot fault. He was always polite, helpful and professional. We later had most dealings with Sharon who kept us up to date and was always understanding, polite and on our level. I did not once feel like they were 'pushy' or uninterested unlike the other 'online' estate agents who dealt with our sellers property who we're so hard to get hold of most of the time! Thanks to all involved at Robinson Jackson Belvedere we got there in the end ????

GoogleA fantastic service all round. I sold my flat in Belvedere through Robinson Jackson after initially going on the market with an online agent. Sharon's help with the leasehold information and continual updates made my life 100x easier. The fact I could walk into their office any day of the week was re-assuring, rather than sitting on hold and waiting days for a phone call back from an online agent. After my experiences, I wouldn't go anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They handled all the viewings for me. They kept me informed. They did not pressurise me to accept a low offer. Once I had accepted an offer Sharon, the progress chaser, did an excellent job over and above the call of duty. I am happy to recommend them.

GoogleAfter being on the market for over 6 months I decided to change estate agent. RJ are in the centre of Bexleyheath. They literally sold my house in a day!! Corrie was Fantastic to deal with as were the dedicated progression team. There was so much going on and a few issues in the chain but they were really on the ball with everything and constantly chased up and reported back to me and pushed the sale forward liasing with the buyers, sellers & solicitors. They are a fantastic professional team, I wish i had signed up with them straight away!

GoogleI approached Robinson Jackson earlier this year to sell my home to find something smaller. Corrie-Leigh Goodhew, was my contact. She was very professional. Found me the place I now live dealt with the all of the viewing of the house I sold. I found both her and the rest of the team, excellent, Professional and helpful. Should for any reason need to sell, I would not hesitate to use Robinson Jackson and especially Corrie again. I wish them all well for the future.
