GoogleCannot rate R&J highly enough. We bought and sold through them and they made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. The in house sales progression team were also great in keeping us updated with what was going on throughout the process. Big thanks to all the team in the Bexleyheath branch we couldn't have made the move without you!

GoogleOur 2-star review is based on the end-to-end process with Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath. Sales Negotiator (Corrie Goodhew) was great. She notified us of a new house and we booked a viewing immediately. She helped us to secure the acceptance of our offer. However, following that, things started to slip (unrelated to Sales but more like their back office operations). We had to wait longer than expected for a Memo of Sales and throughout the entire process, we received little or out-dated progress updates. GoogleWe recently purchased a house through Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath. The sales team is very professional. After accepting the offer, we did not have best of the communication possible in the first two weeks. However we had great experience after initial 20 days. Especially the Progression team Margaret and Andrea did fantastic job in channeling the information. They are highly efficient and worked above and beyond their job description. They chased the seller's solicitors many times without them it would have been a really difficult journey. The overall experience is very good, we recommend RJ. Thanks, Viswa.

GoogleI can only repeat what Viv put previously... I sold through a alternative estate agent but Robinson was my purchess agent . Without Sharon who supported me through a traumatic sale by chasing solicitors etc ... going above and beyond , I don’t think we would have completed ... if my agent was left to it would have been a different outcome . Use the belvedere office ( not all the same ) fantastic service cant ask for more ... thanks Sharon and the rest of the team Paul and Tiff

GoogleHaving had been on the market with another estate agent for six weeks and having had only six viewings in this whole time we were left with the choice of reducing the price or changing the estate agent. From the first moment of meeting with Tony from Robinson Jackson Welling we felt confident that him and his team he could sell our house without having to reduce our asking price. He spoke sense from the moment he walked in the door and was honest from the get go, he knew the marketplace, he knew who our potential customer would be and he knew how to market our home. The result.....our home SOLD IN UNDER 10 DAYS without having to reduce the asking price!!!! Our dedicated sales progressor Sue was amazing she practically held our hand through every step of the process as and when it happened (sometime making things happen that little bit faster if she could). If we were stressed about something or didn't understand something she picked up the phone and talked us through it, she almost became one of the family! We cannot praise Tony and his team highly enough, we wish we had been recommended Robinson Jackson Welling before listing elsewhere as if we had we would have saved ourselves six weeks of sitting stagnant. So I thoroughly recommend to others to learn from our mistake and go to Robinson Jackson Welling first!

GoogleWe have been using Robinson Jackson’s Property Management service for quite some time. This year has been rather troublesome with tenants staying in our property after a Section 21 notice was served and failing to pay rent. Despite this we never felt anxious or worried and that was all thanks to the hard work and the reassuring communications of the management team. The whole team are very competent, including Wendy, but we would like to particularly point out for praise Stephanie who this year we have mainly been dealing with. She has been efficient at organising and getting jobs done quickly, has a fantastic phone manner and you are left feeling that your property is in a safe pair of hands. This was particularly useful last week when we were out of the country as she diligently dealt with the process of house maintenance issues and preparatory work to enable the new tenants to move in. We are extremely thankful that we have this team working with us!

GoogleI completed on a purchase with RJ Welling last week. I must say that the whole experience with Robinson Jackson Welling from start to end has been fantastic. Scott showed us the property initially & he didn't try any pointless sales spiel - nice guy. Scott handled our offer & got back to me in good time & from that point onwards, it was mostly managed by Tony Hodges, who was very thorough & informative & constantly kept us up-to-date throughout. I found at no stage did I need to chase anyone at RJ. We also used their in-house Mortgage Advisor Caroline (who is brilliant) & her colleague Gary for Life Insurance+Mortgage Protection (who is also brilliant). I phoned the branch directly a few of times & also spoke to other RJ staff & they were always friendly & helpful & always passed on my messages. Overall I would recommend them, friendly team & just seem like an organised branch. I have dealt with other RJ branches in the past & generally have had good experience where applicable.

GoogleExcellent service from everyone I dealt with on the Robinson Jackson Team. They kept me fully informed and assisted with the viewings which due to living some distance away we couldn't manage. They were not the cheapest but their quote was competitive and the family were comforted by how many properties others had also entrusted to them to sell. Highly recommended!

GoogleI can't thank Scott, Tony and the team enough at Robinson Jackson, Welling for the outstanding service I received when buying my property From the first phone call I made inquiring about a property to finally completing, I can honestly say the team did everything they could to make my purchase as smooth as possible for me... Scott immediately was very professional, friendly and accommodating on the phone when fitting in my first viewing and made time to arrange additional viewings if I required. He was always available to answer any questions I had as my purchase progressed and I was delighted he could be the one to tell me when my offer had been accepted! Being a Help to Buy customer, I had lots of questions and Scott, Tony and the team always got back to me without fail to reassure, advise and answer all the many questions I had. When it came to the process of exchanging, Tony did everything he could to assist in progressing this as soon as possible ensuring he spoke to all relevant parties on my behalf. I would personally like to thank Scott, Tony and all the team at Robinson Jackson for all their hard work, expertise and excellent customer service they provided. GoogleSold my house recently through Rob/Jackson, the service was excellent, recommended a few friends also who have sold their places with them also. The sales team are very good however the girls Lauren and Sam in the progressions team are excellent, very quick to get paperwork turned around and get back to you with information promptly. GoogleI’m not one for reviews, BUT Sam at Robinson Jackson ( Blackfen) deserve it . . . We’re just about to complete on the sale of our property via an online agent but wanted to pass on a special thanks to Sam at Robison Jackson who successfully managed to keep things alive and close the deal even despite difficulties with a first-time buyer at the bottom of the chain who put everything at risk. We’d not engaged with Sam directly until it looked like we might lose our dream house, but with her help and assistance, we soon managed to get everything on track. Sam’s communication and proactive input were second to none as she kept us updated with the overall progress. She set times and dates for calls and stuck to her word with follow-ups, which is just what you need when dealing with such a stressful process All that’s left to do now is to pick up the keys for our new property!! GoogleI have just exchanged on my property in Sidcup through Robinson Jackson Estate agents, and cannot recommend them highly enough. They valued my property a little more than some other local agents, and within a couple of weeks we agreed a sale with the buyer at a price we were delighted with. The agent was always accommodating when it came to viewings, and kept us up to date on a regular basis. However the real service form the agent began from this point, all the team put a huge effort in to get us to exchange. They really went the extra mile, and always with kindness and complete professionalism. If it wasn't for the agent and in particular Sam & Lauren on the sales progression side, we would not have exchanged contracts. A huge Thank you to Andy, Natalie, Sam, Lauren and all the team at Blackfen.

GoogleAre all estate agents the same? Maybe There's a stereotype for a reason. The thing that makes Robinson Jackson stand out for me was the progression team. The team that puts in the hours after the agents have done their bit. The team that in today's market has the hardest job. It seems like more chains collapse more now than ever Meaning this team was even more vital. Sam and Lauren really went the extra mile for us, staying late coming in on days off and always keeping us informed. We had a stressful purchase due to difficult sellers but Lauren and Sam made this bearable, I doubt we would have completed without them in our side. The chocolates and prosecco we gave them was nowhere near enough. I have no problem recommending Robinson Jackson to anyone who needs a reliable helpful team. 5 stars
