GoogleHaving been to over a dozen viewings, this was by far the worst. We had a woman called Tina. We turned up 15mins early for our viewing, arriving at the same time as the agent whilst the owner was home. We said we would happily wait outside until our slot but the friendly owner said she was going to show the agent round as it was the first viewing and invited us to join. Tina did not even say hi and proceeded with the tour with a grumpy face all throughout. After the owner helpfully showed us round for 15mins she left us to explore for ourselves. However, right after the owner left, Tina turned to us to say she was tight for time and basically told us to get out. Notwithstanding that because we were early, it was this time we would have begun our viewing anyway! She was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Having said that it seems the other colleagues of the branch are more hospitable. So maybe it’s a luck of the agent.

GooglePlease, please don't be fooled by the positive reviews around here. Spare 5 minutes of your life and read this through so you won't find yourself in our situation. Let me explain our experience with them: we were looking to rent a property and found one that was in our budget and met our requirements. Our offer was accepted and we paid the holding deposit and started the reference process. Everything was smooth with HomeLet and we received an email that we now need to pay the advance rent and deposit in full 'TODAY' ( yes, in capitals ) despite we didn't signed the tenancy agreement. Our mistake was that we paid all the above - £3230 and we were told that the moving date will be 30.11.2020. That was on the 25th of November and we informed STACEY GREENWOOD that our current tenancy agreement expires on the 20th of December. 30th came quickly but nothing from them. I was the one who made the call and was informed that due to some issues with the landlords' papers they have to move the date to the 7th of December. We agreed and 7th came. Again, absolutely no contact. Again, I was the one making the call and again, they have to move it to the 14th of December. I then express my concerns to STACEY GREENWOOD but she told me to rest assured that we will be getting the keys before the 20th of December. Do I need to tell you that on the 14th again nobody called ? YES, that is right, nothing. I was the one who called and she told me that 'unfortunately' she doesn't have a moving date for us due to the above problems. Now, imagine yourself near Christmas with a 9 months pregnant wife soon to be mother with no house to move in. I have requested all the amounts to be refunded in full but after 3 days no one replied to my emails. Called 2 time in the office but they just passed me from one agent to another. Got in the car with the same 9 months pregnant wife and drove to their office. They agreed to refund the money but we need to wait a couple of days ( I know, when it is about making the payment it only takes seconds and they are happy to cash in, but when they need to give money back it is a different story ).
Caring or respecting the client ? Communicate effectively and send honest information to the client ? THEY DO NOT KNOW THESE MEANINGS. They are just chasing their commission, once they have the money into their pockets may God be with you.
This is a honest review and experience which can be backed up with emails and conversations if somebody has a doubt.
I genuinely hope you will think twice before using their services.

After investigation, it seems there was a delay in the Landlord completing on the property's purchase, which meant the move-in date was no longer suitable for you. Apologies your refund took longer to come back to you than expected. Unfortunately, there are sometimes delays when monies come from the business account. I'm pleased to confirm your owed monies have been refunded, and the issue is resolved. I hope you found another property and are happy in your new home.

GoogleIf you have a house to sell I highly recommend Andy Green and the team from this branch.I have sold quite a number of houses over the years and what I found is that Andy was very honest in the valuing of this property. He knows the market very well and tells you what your house will sell for and not what you might like to hear like other estate agents do.We had over 30 viewings some of which I was present. What I found was all the team from this branch was very professional, showing the people around pointing out and explaining in detail different things to all the viewers.
Once I had agreed the sale things only got better in stepped Sam & Lauren from the progression team. Sam and Lauren were on to both solicitors immediately with completion only taking around 8 weeks in total which is really brilliant in this climate.
As I said at the start I have bought and sold a lot of properties in the past, so I have dealt with a lot of estate agents. I have never seen such professionalism, honesty and just hard work from any estate agents before

From our first appointment to collecting the keys they were all so helpful, even keeping in contact during lockdown to make sure we knew what the situation was at all times. The process was really stress free, Sam even helped me with questions I had regarding utilities in the new house as I had completely forgotten what I needed to do.
Any time I contacted them I received a response almost immediately, but most of the time I didn't need to contact them as they kept me informed every step of the way.
