GoogleI had given a good review initially as the initial paper works are carried out efficiently by them. But once you start living as a tenant in the property, the property management team is terrible. You will keep on chasing them weeks and months for any maintenance as if you don't have any other work and there would be hardly any good response.

We ran into a significant last minute problem which was very stressful and could have jeopardised the sale. This is when Tony Hodges really stepped up. GoogleRobinson Jackson Belvedere were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. They took care of the sale of our house as well as our onward purchase. George and Jane got our house on the market within 24hrs of us instructing - we were really pleased with the listing, beautiful photos and detailed description. Within 3 days we had accepted an offer! George, Amanda and Jack then helped us secure our dream home (also in Belvedere) very quickly and with minimal stress. Sharon was amazing on the sales progression side of things, constantly in communication with us and our solicitor which we really appreciated - she was so helpful and really took the stress out of everything, despite the looming deadline for Stamp Duty! What I loved about the RJ team is that whenever I called the office, they answered the phone every time and whoever I spoke to knew what was going on with our transaction.
