GoogleWe recently purchased a new home in the Sidcup area, Natalie accompanied us on viewings for two different properties and was very knowledgeable, of not only the properties but the surrounding area and local amenities. The second property we viewed with Natalie, we knew was the one and wanted to ensure we made the right offer, Natalie was quick in communicating with the vendor and helping us secure a deal that allowed the house to come off the market within a very short space of time. Having to move swiftly to make the most of the current reduction in stamp duty Samantha from the sales progressing team then engaged and “took the bull by the horns” making contact with our broker and solicitors to move things forward as quickly and efficiently as possible. From the very start of the process up until completion and the keys being put in our hands the blackfen team were amazing, super responsive, accommodating during viewing periods for us to visit for measurements etc, but needless to say both Natalie and Samantha really made the entire experience as stress free as possible.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI bought a property from Robinson Jackson and was very pleased with how responsive and accommodating the team was. My purchase (and sale using another agent) was hindered by a few unforeseen issues which were dealt with swiftly and professionally by the team at Robinson Jackson. Most estate agents will deal with standard sales/purchases, but the good estate agents are those that can deal with unexpected issues, and that’s what Robinson Jackson does well. From the very start up until completion, the team were always available and always providing updates. A special mention needs to be made to Sam who went out of her way to seek out answers and solve issues that were not her responsibility to do. Needless to say, if I’m ever in the market to sell or buy. I’ll be choosing Robinson Jackson.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Googlevery bad experience.I made a call for viewing,a lady answered the phone very grumpy.I told her which property I want to view,but she told me details of another property.Not only this,when she said something I didn't understand,she just handed up the phone rudely,then I called back immediately,phone can't be connected. Extremely unprofessional.

GoogleHaving been to over a dozen viewings, this was by far the worst. We had a woman called Tina. We turned up 15mins early for our viewing, arriving at the same time as the agent whilst the owner was home. We said we would happily wait outside until our slot but the friendly owner said she was going to show the agent round as it was the first viewing and invited us to join. Tina did not even say hi and proceeded with the tour with a grumpy face all throughout. After the owner helpfully showed us round for 15mins she left us to explore for ourselves. However, right after the owner left, Tina turned to us to say she was tight for time and basically told us to get out. Notwithstanding that because we were early, it was this time we would have begun our viewing anyway! She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Having said that it seems the other colleagues of the branch are more hospitable. So maybe it’s a luck of the agent.

GoogleBeing first time buyers, we were going into the unknown. After viewing some houses with different agents, we found it a difficult experience as some of these agents were trying to divert us in so many ways like trying to make us use their preferred solicitors and brokers. However when we tried Robinson Jackson everything changed. They were so professional and let us to decide and we were free to make choices in anything as they understood how important this was to us. Lady Corrie-Leigh took us professionally viewing until we found our home, olso thanks to the progression team who were in contact all the way until we got our keys🔑 especially Margaret. I would give it 6 star if i could , Keep up the good work. Thanks

GoogleI highly recommend the team at the Bexley office. From valuation to sales negotiation to the progressions team. The level of communication was excellent and I was kept informed at all times. Margaret on the progressions team went above and beyond to push my sale and purchase through; speaking to all parties in my chain and keeping me up-top-date on a daily basis. GoogleViewings with Jay were a joy and his no pressure approach was appreciated when compared with other local agents. He was also great at keeping us posted through the offer process once we'd found our amazing flat. Having our offer accepted we then moved forwards with the help of mortgage advisor Mohamed (fairstone) and progressor Saphire. When March hit and the world got turned upside down they were the only two parties in our chain that kept us on track and I believe a large part to why I write this happily from our new home. Saphire in particular worked with us to find information and areas to move things forwards under the toughest of conditions, when the solicitors seemed happy to just let things drag on. Thanks R&J

GoogleI bought a property from them 10 years ago so when I come to sell I went back to them. No regrets at att, branch manager Ben was very helpful and managed our expectations well. Tracey took over to take through to completion and without her we would not of got this through. She was so helpful and polite and updated us regularly and was genuinely interested in us and our move and made us feel supported. Would always go back to them.
