Our experience with Robinson Jackson has been excellent, from Rob's visit and taking brilliant photos which helped sell our home within 1 week of signing up with them. Our buyer had made an offer before she had even viewed the property just by viewing the online photos. Our property went online on Thursday 15 October, our first viewing was on Sunday 18 October and in total we had 8 viewings booked for that week, Ellie and Josh were very efficient when contacting us and confirming viewing times etc. By Wednesday 21 October we received 2 offers and accepted an offer at the upper asking price. During the course of getting to exchange of contacts and the completion date Tracey Wright, the sales negotiator, has been so supportive of us and helping reduce my stress levels and keeping us updated on each stage. The sales/negotiating team are great, but once they've sold the house and it changes hands that's where it stops. We decided to do the viewings after seeing lots of people touching our stuff and the company not adhering to the covid rules with viewings only to serious buyers etc. Our buyers wanted to negotiate us leaving the white goods in the house, we said "no they are for sale, not for free", it was left at that but a couple of times the agent said "you're already leaving your white goods what more do they want" and I kept correcting that we were not leaving them. We weren't made aware that they had been told "ok", until exchange, and by then it's too late to do anything. £1200 out of pocket to replace the white goods we had to leave. I submitted a complaint and it got forwarded around and then ignored, so I sent another 2 weeks later. I just got a "sorry you felt like we didn't communicate enough but it's up to you to check" and passing the blame onto the solicitors. Outrageous. Not worth the 1% fee. The same person even called me (the vendor) mistaking me for the buyer, talking about renegotiating the price after the house survey, and in one call even started asking me how my mum died, I was just gobsmacked. So unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend these agents to anyone in the area.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Have just completed on a property with the Swanley branch. The initial meeting with Hannah went very well and she easily showed us around the property making us feel very welcome, with good knowledge too. Dealing with the sales progressors from Dartford felt a bit cold with their emails but they were to the point. Talking to Matthew and Hannah stood out to my wife and I in conversations as they really were willing to go the extra mile and helped greatly and are a true credit to Robinson & Jackson. I had to sell my mothers home on her request to fund care home fees and I got quotes from local estate agents, RJ were the most competitive but they over delivered on service, simply the best estate agents I have ever dealt with....EVER!.
