GoogleGood experience overall as a buyer. Got through the process in just 10 weeks with Katy the sales progressor. Ben the branch manager was a really friendly guy and nice to talk to on the few times i did as well. First buy so nothing to compare it too though. Cant give an opinion on selling through them as have only seen it from one side so far but nothing has put me off returning in the future.

Googlewe recently bought a beautiful bungalow in the joydens wood area. There were a few problems within the end of the chain and we also had a serious medical problem arise within the family. It all became very stressful. However, Margaret was an absolute diamond she was there for us all the way listening to our concerns and pushing the chain to move so as we could complete and deal with our situation. Alongside Margaret, Andrea was also to hand as were Kevin and Jareau. They all couldn't have been more helpful and supportive and we thank them all for their hard work. We are now settling in nicely thanks to them all. GoogleThank you to Marcus and Neil. Nothing really prepares you for a house sale in the UK, but Marcus secured a price £40k above other agent's quotes and Neil supported us through the whole process. Terribly stressful for us as we were selling from Australia. My advice - move to Australia where you know your house is officially sold in 2 weeks, or if you can't do that, sell with Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath. Thanks guys, I've raised a few glasses to you!
