GoogleJack Glyde, Theo Petrou and Amy Lawrence were friendly and helpful throughout listing and selling my house recently. Valuations were spot on. Have spoken with them a few times through out the process with a reasonable take away each time. After the property was sold STC it was handed over to RJ sales progress team. Sam, Lauren and Steph were very prompt in emailing back and kept the chain tight. They were continuously following up with the buyer and with the top of the chain plus solicitors to keep the things moving. Highly recommend.

GoogleWhat a great team! From start to finish, both Theo and Sam have been fantastic. Theo was really friendly and informative when viewing and Sam helped me through the process to completion. Even with some of the more difficult queries that came up along the way, Sam was approachable, extremely helpful and remained in regular contact to ensure everyone was on the same page throughout. Really good service for which I’m very appreciative. Thank you!

GoogleExcellent estate agent right through from initial meeting to discuss putting property on the market to getting the viewings and offers within 24hrs! Communication has been great also throughout the process. Not yet complete but all moving along nicely. Special mention for Danielle and Theo from the sales team. Also Mike from the lettings team...he was very helpful and informative when that was an option we thought about exploring.

GoogleThe sale was secured very quickly after the flat was put on the market and communications were very good. The biggest bonus was having Saphire the Sales Progressor on board - meant I knew what was happening at every step.

Google`just want to say that we received a fantastic service from Sapphire who is the sales progresses for Robinson Jackson. Each step of the way we were supported, she was always available to explain the process and to be honest without her, the stress of moving would have been considerably higher. The selling of our property was swift so the sales team are also efficient. Would highly recommend this estate agents.

GoogleJust completed a purchase through the Welling branch with support from the Plumstead office on the Sales Progression. What can I say - its such a relief to actually engage with professionals who know their business which was reassuring. The process couldn't have gone any smoother which I think was partially down to the staff at the Welling and Plumstead branch - other London agents could really learn from these two offices on how buying/selling should be done.

GoogleThank you to Marcus and Neil. Nothing really prepares you for a house sale in the UK, but Marcus secured a price £40k above other agent's quotes and Neil supported us through the whole process. Terribly stressful for us as we were selling from Australia. My advice - move to Australia where you know your house is officially sold in 2 weeks, or if you can't do that, sell with Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath. Thanks guys, I've raised a few glasses to you!
