Marcus and the progression team were very helpful throughout the long process and we have successfully completed the sale. The progression team has been amazing making sure the solicitors coordinate in order to complete on time. Would recommend Robinson Jackson if you want the best chance to complete the sale.

GoogleThis is the 2nd time i've used the Welling branch of Robinson Jackson and once again, I couldn't have asked for a more professional service. Tony and his team run a tight ship and were on hand to support me every step of the way. The entire process was faultless, all my questions (and there were a lot) were promptly answered and all paperwork and documentation was dealt with quickly and efficiently, they made the entire process very straightforward. My thanks go Tony & Scott for all their help and advice and to Sue and Anthony who managed the open day. I'd also like to extend my thanks to both Hazel and Adele for progressing the sale and keeping me up to date on a regular basis. I can definitely recommend RJ and wouldn't think twice about using them again.

GoogleRacist estate agency!!!! Beware if your from African or ethnic descent. If you call up with a African name they will rarely get back to you or will try and fence you from booking a viewing. We called up with a English name to test them and they a lot more informative responsive and helpful. There should be some sort of external investigation as many other people experience this for this agency. Especially the Kent branches.NegativeResponsiveness

Our first visit when we considered selling our 3 bedroom home was from Will Chidley who gave us impartial advice and information if we were to sell our property- very realistic and no sales spiel. We took some time to reflect and decided to go ahead. Mr Chidley took lovely photos of the house- very quick, professional and warm with our family- it was a big and nervous change for our kids but his manner put us all at ease. Robinson Jackson arranged more than 12 viewings within no time and in less than two weeks we had sold!!
