GoogleAlthough not listing a property through this Robinson and Jackson branch, I found both their branch manager and the staff working here, very customer centric, offered advice without pushing hard for a sale, very Industry knowledgeable. I found their offering both fair and clear. Only reason I have not listed with them is due to my change in decision to sell my current property. I will be using them once I take that decision and I will recommend them to anyone I know.

GoogleThe whole team at Robinson Jackson were really helpful with our house purchase especially Tina who was only too happy to help with our many requests. In an industry that is notoriously untrusted I found the team here were the complete opposite and incredibly open and honest. Many thanks!

GoogleThis estate agent go above and beyond when selling your property, they worked tirelessly from the start. The property was valued, detailed, marketed and sold in just over one week! Neil and his team gave regular updates and helpful advice which was greatly appreciated. So glad we used Robinson Jackson

GoogleWe have sold our 2 bed flat in one day getting a fair market rate price. Marcus and the progression team were very helpful throughout the long process and we have successfully completed the sale. The progression team has been amazing making sure the solicitors coordinate in order to complete on time. Would recommend Robinson Jackson if you want the best chance to complete the sale.

GoogleWasn't impressed with the tone and how unhelpful the person was that answered the phone. I think I'll stick with agents who treat people with more respect.

GoogleWords cannot describe how pleased we are to get the house we wanted. A big thank you and sincere gratitude to Neil Smith (Bexley branch) for everything. Neil lead the whole process for us right from the viewing stage to handing over the keys. It was a very painful process as there were serious complications with the tenants in the house we were buying but Neil managed to communicate and negotiate with the tenants which led to them moving out. Neil kept us updated through out the process - he went over and beyond what is expected of an “estate agent”. It felt like he is buying a house for himself with the amount of effort he’d put in for us to get the house before the deadline. We must appreciate Neil’s patience and how he handled the whole process is genuinely plausible. He never over-promised anything and always gave us the confidence that he’s is on the case, and he really was. He is gentleman and I wish there are more people in property market just like him to make things happen. Once again, thank you Neil.
