GoogleI would highly recommend Robinson-Jackson. Selling a property is a difficult task. With the added complications of probate to deal with as well, we found all the staff very helpful & understanding of our situation. They were very courteous and nothing was too much trouble.

GoogleAwful experience. Poor communication, agent never turned up. When I rang up today we were leaving after ten minutes wait, still no mention of what was going on and no apology from the Partner Jack who answered my call.

The whole process from the property viewing to the final signing and exchange of contracts was well managed and streamlined. I was kept up to date and informed with everything that was happening and there was lot happening!! GoogleI have had a very positive experience with the Sydenham branch. Saphire held my hand through out the sale, which was not an easy process, the chain was slow but she kept us all informed and positive. The sales team where very positive and reassuring. GoogleI've not dealt with estate agents for a long time but after Neil from Robinson Jackson in Bexleyheath visited my parent's property to sell we were instantly impressed with their knowledge and professionalism and were really friends, no pressure to use them to sell the property. Both Neil and Marcus were really helpful and friendly and really helped with sorting my parents ID. Andrea from the Progressing team was lovely to chat to even if it wasn't always easy for her with some lack of communication. She went out of her way to help out. Would recommend these guys to sell your property!

GoogleVery pleased with the excellent service received by the Orpington Team. Having to sell a property on behalf of a relative needing to go into care they helped me every step of the way. Marketing was swift and professionally arranged. Communications were excellent. I was kept up to date with the sales progression, given explanations when needed and superb liaison and chasing.
