GoogleDon’t pick up their phones and don’t turn up to viewing appointments they booked in. Time wasters. Wasn’t just us but another couple 3.15-3.45pm today in kirkdale. Not good enough.

GoogleI had a great experience with my property sale through Robinson Jackson in Sydenham, both in terms of agreeing a sale and of handling the process through to completion. In particular the sales progressor, Saphire, did an amazing job of handling what was quite a complicated legal process, I can't say enough good things about her, she kept things on track when we hit obstacles and was pivotal in getting it all done in a reasonable timeframe. Having a dedicated - and skilled - sales progressor is one of many good reasons to choose Robinson Jackson, along with a very professional, helpful, hardworking and knowledgeable team all round.

At every step of the process starting from arranging viewings through to offer acceptance, inquiries and finally exchange/completion it felt we were dealing with real professionals. Jareau, Charly-Anne, Margaret were very helpful in facilitating the process, timely responding to our queries and ensuring progress was being made by other parties involved in the chain (and ours was quite a long chain). He was very open, honest and quite knowledgeable with his experience and pointed to the things in the property and giving suggestions to improve it. Great to see people like him in this industry, where lot of people tend to glorify the properties just to sell it
