I have just called the branch to get some details on one of their property in Sydenham and made a comment on a lease being too low for me of 95 years. The person who I spoke to given a quick response saying that's not low- people are buying properties with 85 years and good luck to your search than hanged the phone up on me! First of all guys you can't sell a property with this manner and I would have appreciated for a different approach e.i. lease can be extended- we can try to negotiate the with the vendor etc. Because I live in an area I will try to get in touch with the vendor myself.
